Product arrived in about 25% condition. Out of the four chairs only one was perfect. The other three had varing degrees of problems with the back installation including one that was detached. It took a couple of hours and some special tools to get the three fixed properly and after that they were great. These are excellent chairs but if they come in the condition these were delivered most people would send them back and order something else. You need to fix that fellows. Otherwise this review would have been 5 stars in all categories.

If you’re looking for comfort in a folding chair these Lifetime commercial chairs are what you need! My husband and I do a lot of entertaining both indoors and out. We purchased these chairs specifically to keep indoors because we were worried our old worn out indoor/outdoor metal chairs would scratch our hardwood floors. The comfort, ease of stacking, and the light weight of these chairs, makes me want to replace ALL our old metal chairs with these.

we bought 9 tables and 36 chairs and we only have 2 minor problems that we cannot get resolved by the manifacturer. On one of the chair legs we are missing one of the rubber feet. On one of the tables the legs folded backwards and even tho it will stand, we don't trust it. I have tried everything to have them repaired/replaced, or even purchase replacement parts, but to no avail. We love the products (had them for over 4 years) but the manifacturer is the worst in the customer service. It is a shame that because of a rubber foot I cannot use one of my chairs. I refuse to purchase another one of their products even tho they are great. Just a guy thing I guy thing I guess. These are not used commercially, they are only used for yard sales and halloween parties in our basement.

I bought this product one month ago and they seem extremely strong and durable. I believe that they will last a lifetime.

We have had an earlier generation of this model of these chairs in our church fellowship hall for many years (10 to 20) and been satisfied with them, so when I needed chairs for my Sunday School room we knew this was what we wanted.

These chairs no longer fit the 72 chair rack (#80669) If you have this rack you will most likely NOT be able to hang these chairs on it AT ALL. I would have given them ZERO stars if I could have.

These lightweight chairs are handsome, easily cleaned, have a high back and wide seat angled such that they are a very comfortable chair. Don't be fooled by look-alikes. Get a Lifetime chair from Sam's.
