Our church has 100's of these folding chairs and over the years the rubber feet of some have gotten lost. I called customer service and within minutes new feet are on their way. Emily helped me thru the process - very polite and professional!

I contacted your service line about getting some replacement parts. The rep was cordial and very helpful. I had my parts within a week of first contact. Now that's service!

These chairs came fully assembled. They are sturdy and have been used indoors and outdoors since I received them. I purchased them in black for easy clean-up.

these were the perfect gift for my married kids who don't have a lot of extra space but sometimes have people over and need to add some seating without pulling the couch up to the dining table!

I lost a foot on a 15 year old Lifetime folding chair during a recent move. The Company sent me replacement feet for the chair at no cost and with no hassle. Great chair, great service!

Absolutely love these chairs! I ordered the black ones. They are comfortable, lightweight and beautiful. They stack nicely and do not take up a lot of space.
