Installer damaged my rims and sams is denying claim. Have been customer for over 20 years. Now I have to get an attorney.

Tires never came in! 3 did and waited 10 days to hear from Sam’s called several times, call center is in India!! Went up there 4 times, always got the run around!!!

They don't balance out right for me, so far. Still feel a vibration after alignment, and fixing one of the install mess ups.
