Some of the cheese sticks are hard, some soft. Not sure what thats all about but this purchase didn't impress me

came here to figure out how to report food safety issues and found that this is a long history of this cheese being moldy and contaminated and them not doing anything about it??? cool cool cool. my cheese is also moldy
