I will get this 5 pound brick of sliced cheese and then split it up into 13-slice packages. Then put the whole thing in the freezer. This cheese does well in the freezer, some cheeses don't. The cheese itself is great on sandwiches or in grits.

These house brand slices have a good flavor, almost buttery. They melt well on bread slices or in sandwiches. No off- or after-taste. Good on hamburgers or sandwiches, too.

Best Cheese and a great price. But please get the 120 count of this cheese in. This slices take more then one to make a sandwich since they are so tiny and not even big enough to cover a piece of bread.

Not the best but not the worst cheese. You can taste that it's processed. I would like to see Sam's carry a deluxe-type american cheese made with real milk.

If it was still available in 120 slices per five pounds would have been five stars. 160 slices are thinner so now two slices are require where before one slice was adequate.

I bought this thinking it would be a substitute for Land of Lakes American cheese. When I got home I read the ingredients. Took it, unopened, to the food bank. They were delighted.

Wonderful cheese for just about everything. Makes amazing grilled cheese sandwiches, great cheeseburgers, you name. Fits on a slice of sandwich bread perfectly.

Our family of 7 loves this cheese. Within 2 weeks it is devoured as grilled cheese, meat & cheese, or just grabbing a plain slice to snack on. I like a variety of cheese and deli cheese, but this winds hands-down as a kids' favorite in our house!

We like this cheese as it is convenient and tastes good, but is a touch too salty. Frankly, our preference would be to get the white Swiss/American slices we use to buy at Sams. Cant find it any more, but it was much better tasting.

I have bought this cheese many times. It is a first rate American cheese for toasted cheese sandwiches or anything else. I break up the pack into smaller amounts and freeze some of it. It freezes very well.
