The Croissant was fresh and all of the other ingredients were quite tasty and filling. HOWEVER, lately there seems to be an abundance of Croissant, When you open the sandwich to look the sausage now only covers about two thirds of the Croissant, If this continues, I will need to find a different breakfast menu.I will hate that because of the taste of the product and ease of preparaiton,

I love all of your products. Being disabled, and having to take my medicine with food, this is a life saver for me. Most of the time I have no appetite but can still eat the sandwiches. The only problem I'm having is my microwave broke. On the box it said for oven directions go to this web site, but I can't find them anywhere.

I leave for work early and wanted an easy, tasty, sausage sandwich for breakfast. JIMMY DEAN was the only choice (BEST) choice for that. Picked up a 12pack of Croissant Sausage, egg and cheese, great! They are not Croissants? more of a roll or dry bread texture, not buttery or flaky in the least, also much smaller than I expected. What happened?

Why not put the oven instructions on the box... beyond that, it is kind of a hassle to prep them through the oven which is the only way they come out half decent. Thaw, split, wrap, do six backflips, and hold my mouth just right. Goodness, I'd rather have bought the individual ingredients and done homemade ones for the same price, half issue and it would taste better. Will not be buying this again.

I LOVE your sandwiches. I used to eat them every, single morning. Then, you changed something in the sausage. Made it taste like "soy sausage". It was also VERY greasy. So..I stopped eating it. I recently decided to try it again. Well, the sausage issue is fixed so there's that. However, since it had been so long I had to read the instructions again. You did not put the OVEN cooking instructions on the package. Instead, you told us to go to your website so we could figure out how to cook them in the oven. I was fine with it, but then thought "What if I'm half asleep early in the morning and want one of these things. I have to go online, find the product, and find the instructions to cook them in the oven. No. Not everyone likes their food cooked in the microwave. Yes, it's faster. But it SURE doesn't taste better. To some, this may seem like a small, insignificate issue. But for me it was not. I really do like your product. I just wish you would stop doing things to change it...and not for the better.

I have noticed a significant change in quality in general for this product, and it's not good. The cheese product has no flavor. The "croissant' has gotten more doughy. If you get these from a Warehouse club store, the quality is even less. This used to be one product taste I could count on, not so much anymore. It's hit or miss.

These are great in flavor but very tricky to prep. I know, you're thinking how hard could it be to microwave. Well, there is a real fine line between having ice still in the middle and the outer edge of the croissant being a rock. Started with the recommended time and adjusted from there. Have yet to find the perfect time to eliminate both ends of the spectrum and have the perfect temp throughout. Other than that, they do have a great flavor to them.

We love the flavor of these, but the box I bought yesterday is WAY smaller sandwiches. Less than half the cheese on it, Croissant is at least an inch smaller in circumference and sausage and egg is downsized to match. Sure didn't downsize the price, though. NOT worth buying anymore. Most kids and men would need two of them to fill up now.

The croissant used to be awesome but in the last 8 weeks the croissant tastes more like a bread bun than a croissant. We have loved these for as long as they have been but we no longer buy them so sad. I do not know what you have changed but please change it back. We were serving these to our family and friends but no more.Hate losing a customer?

Every single time i try to warm up the sandwich using the “magic pouch” it always comes out of my not row ave rock solid. I even lowered the warm time and the bread became rock solid but meat and egg was still freezing. I warmed up 4 sandwiches this morning and not a single one came out normal. Disgusted.
