These are a good option for a quick breakfast. I like that it is egg white and turkey sausage so it makes it a bit lighter.

These are my go to bfast foods! I take the cheese off but they are soft, buttery and do not get hard (bread) for a while.

The sausage is bland, really bland. Which I find surprising because your stand alone sausage patties are just the right amount of spicy.
