Great fulfilling breakfast for great caloric intake.  Gets you thru until lunch.  Very tasty too.  Affordable on the go option to heat up at work.

My husband and I will eat these on the Days we don't have time for anything at home. Easy to heat up while we get ready and eat on the way to work.
