Why are the cooking times different on the box? The box used to have these instructions but its changed recently.

The bottom is usually hard and I remove it but the top stays soft. I love em just wush the bottom would soften up.

My kids love these. The ones that come in the microwaveable wrapper are the best. Otherwise you have to follow multiple steps and power levels.
