Mr. Dean: The picture of the Croissant Sausage Egg & Cheese Sandwich displays a sausage patty between 1/4" and 3/8 " thick. Over the last weeks you have decided to instead provide a PAPER-THIN Sausage slice, FAR from being a "patty." Should you decide to put a fair-sized sausage patty back into this sausage, I will again consider buying an 8-pack. Call me if/when that happens. ... David

I found that using the instructions to heat would leave the croissant bread hard and dry. I take the meat, cheese, and egg from the croissant, defrost it on 1, and then heat it for 40 seconds. Put the bread and cheese back on the croissant and defrost on 1 and then cook for 30 seconds and bread is soft and hot.

I have to say this might be the worst sausage egg and cheese croissant I have ever eaten in my life. What's up with the hard white grissle things in the sausage? Very very poor quality. I just ate my first and last Jimmy Deans sausage sandwich. Whole box went in the garbage. Last time I eat one of those.

Like I said: really good - but I don't use the recommended instructions for the oven. To save time with defrosting, put the frozen croissant in the oven as it is pre-heating to 350; then after you have separated the sandwich into egg, cheese and croissant; and sausage and croissant halves as is recommended, wrap both in tin-foil. PLACE THE EGG AND CHEESE SIDE WITH EGG FACING DOWN, otherwise there will be a cold patch in the middle of the egg. I usually place the sausage half with the croissant side facing down on the oven rack, but I'm not sure this matters. Cook for 25 min instead of 20. Enjoy a good croissant.

This is my favorite breakfast sandwich but the cooking instructions are wrong. The Croissant cooks in about 20 seconds but the Egg takes about 60 seconds. So...take the sandwich apart and put on a plate in the microwave (except the cheese, add later). Turn the Croissant after 10 seconds and remove after another 10 seconds. Continue microwaving the rest. Turn the sausage after 20 seconds; cook another 20 and remove. Turn the Egg, cook another 20 seconds and remove. Return the sausage with the cheese broken up on top, cook 15 seconds. Reassemble the sandwich and enjoy.

Like what’s the point now? May as well go thru the drive thru and buy that instead.
