It is a good backup breakfast option for my boyfriend. He seems to love them! I eat gluten-free, so obviously I won't eat this. He said this is comparable to a sausage McMuffin at McDonald's. That sounds like a glowing recommendation to me!

OMG if I didn't love my body and my health I would eat these all day everyday I love them I literally have to put myself on a limit with these they are still good definitely would recommend

These are so delicious. They are so great in the morning when I have work, I stick it in the microwave while I'm getting ready and just take it with me to eat on the way.

these are good and easy to prepare. sometimes the only bad thing though is it doesn't always get warm in the middle. and if it does then it is waaaayy too hot to eat unless you let it sit for minutes. other than that it tastes great
