I bought two bentgo moderns and one of them had a crooked seal preventing it from closing correctly. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and they sent a replacement, no questions asked. I will definitely be adding to my collection.

I bought a modern bentgo a couple of months ago in September. It worked great until yesterday when the hinge suddenly broke in my backpack and my lunch fell out everywhere.

We bought the Pop and chill box for our children and had to get one for ourselves. The compartment sizes are perfect for our lunch appetite. We were overall very happy with the purchase.

I Love lunchbox because I can put my lunch in it and the veggies and meat will not get mixed up and it will not come open and spill everywhere.It is easy to clean I use it everyday.

A lunch box that looks great and has the perfect size components. Best of all - easy to clean with the removable tray unlike others. Slight downside is the weight but a solid lunch box!

Pegs that attach the lid to the box are poorly designed. Mine broke with a year. Also, the divider that separates the large compartment is not sold separately. 10 year old lost it within a week, dumping his left over food/wrappers in the trash.

I bought this product for my grand-daughter and we both love it. It is designed to be leakproof and the compartments are so convenient when packing. There is no need for individual small dishes which require washing.

lasted nearly one whole school year with quite a bit of wear and tear. great insulation and fit in a lunch pail fairly easy. easy to clean and dishwasher safe. only wish would be character themed boxes.

I enjoyed this box very much. The color, design, and quality is impressive. I like the modern look and although it's heavy you can tell it's made of durable materials.

I got this for my kid since she has outgrown the smaller versions and it is great. Thick, no leaks, and feels very sturdy which is great with how rough kids are.
