My kids all love their lunch box and they use it everyday, no problem for years. Bought mine in a cute purple, uses it 5 times, and it’s brocken. Really disapointed.

I bought the lunchbox in November, and six months later a crack appeared, which has been getting worse. It’s a shame because I am no longer in the USA and cannot go to the store to claim the warranty. :(

I bought 4 of these lunch boxes for my kids and 3 have broken hinges. My kids have also told me that they are not leak proof as the juices from their strawberries (not in the removable compartment part) leaked into other compartments.

I bought this lunchbox for my 11-year-old who takes lunch to school every day. It has served us so well for the past year! It has plenty of space for enough food to keep him full throughout the day and allows me to pack a lot of different options. Very pleased with the purchase.

I bought 2 of these for my middle and high school children. They LOVE them.. and we all know how hard teens can be to please! ;) They are functional, easy to clean, look “cool” and are very sturdy. I’ve used cheaper ones in the past and I can say these are definitely worth the price.

Hi, We purchased Bentgo Box few months ago, connection of outer layer was broken. We called customer support to replace the item since it has two years warranty. We were able to connect to customer support very quickly, no waiting time. Customer support asked us to provide purchase receipt. Unfortunately we don't have receipt, but we provided model number. Customer Support still able to consider out request and agreed to replace it. Thanks for great support Bentgo.
