I have 3 different sets & colors of these sheets. I've had them between 3.5-5 yrs. I bought my 1st pair in the Aqua color, then Blue, & 3rdly was the Aqua Design which is an Aqua & white design/chevronish design, but the Aqua color in this 3rd set is also the exact color of Aqua that is the Solid Aqua Set.
There is 1 downside to the Aqua & White designed set's color & that is that the fitted sheet is not cohesively 1 design but the top & bottom portions of the fitted sheet are completely solid white & a slightly different feeling material than the rest of the fitted sheet. It is a more of a stretchy/elasticity feeling type of material & is completely solid white. This is from 1 side to the other & is a set w/a Design that's both Aqua & White, but on the top/bottom where it is supposed to have a certain patented type of "flexi-stretch" kind of material type that's een known to be the best at keeping the fitted sheets on the bed & not a type of sheet to slide off the bed. Its designed to stay put on the bed. The rest of the set is all the same color.
My other 2 sets are solid. They are an Aqua & Blue solid colored sets. As far as sheets go for the money, these are & have been the best & softest for the money than my more expensive sets, sets made w/different types of material, & my other higher thread count sets. They've started to get a few runs from where I've got a cat w/shards for nails. My only other problems I've had w/the sheets was when my wheelchair got caught on the corner edges of each of the fitted sheets & ripped each & every1 of all 3 sets. At 1st, I was physically sick over it, but luckily I was able to use a patch to sew the rips up. Since I was able to do that, ive been switching between all 3 pair for between 3.5-5 yrs. I bought them in a time period of 4-6 months.
The main issue I've been having is purchasing another set. I'm starting to need b/c these have had more wear & tear & usage than most ppl's b/c I've been bed-bound for 98%+ of the time since I purchased all 3 of these sheets.
They're still soft & smoother like higher thread count sheets are, but i want some fresh/new sheets. I've been looking for these or better sheets for 1.5+yrs. These sheets have been lacking in a selection of different colors other than the 1's I've already got of this selection of sheets & colors >2 yrs. There's only 1 color available right now that I don't have. It is the set that are designed & has colors including (blue, grey designs, w/white background). So, I am wondering if this is sheets sets left over from when Sams 1st began carrying them. I worry that they'd be old material.
I REALLY REALLY WISH I COULD GET A DIFFERENT COLOR.
