As someone who used to work in an Apple Store, I have come across a lot of headphones and Apple got these ones right. The buds they use fit comfortably in your ear and they provide you a variety of sizes to help fitment. There is a force touch feature on the stem that acts as a push button to give you shortcuts; such as skipping to the next song, pausing/playing, and activating Siri. Speaking of Siri, she is also very user friendly on the voice activation. One irritation I have with the Siri function is she will activate when you receive a text and read it to you. I believe you can turn that off but she also seems to be listening all the time. Audio clarity is very good and the noise cancellation is very effective too. So much better on an airplane. My iPhone also warns me if I leave their proximity. Quality pair of buds at a moderately high price.

This is a faulty pair I received. Connectivity issues. Receiving end cannot hear me unless I yell. They disconnect regularly. Make calls sound choppy as if I’m moving out of distance when they are both in the same place in ear and phone in hand. First negative experience. Siri not announcing at times or announcing low when volume is HIGH. I lost the first pair like this and had to replace just to get a faulty pair.

The Airpods Pro 2nd Gen are great, they sound great and have lots of nice features. Shipping was fast too, I got it next day. I do think I got a refurbished pair when I ordered new though, because the seal was broken and the box and case were dirty, however they seem to work. The 1 year warranty says it only covers until October 19th, however I placed the order on Jan. 18th and received the Airpods on Jan. 19th.

The sound and noise cancelling are absolutely the best I’ve found in a set of earbuds. These have a serious flaw in that they just pop out randomly. It’s much more likely to happen while chewing or talking, but can literally happen anytime. Mine popped out while doing neither of those, alongside a road, and now I have a small chunk of shattered plastic Apple tells me will cost $93 to replace even with them still being under warranty. These would absolutely be 5 star headphones, but the fit issue knocks them down hard. I tried a couple sizes, I did the software fit test, there’s no getting around it, these are flawed. You’ve been warned.

These are FAKE. I bought these in store at full price. First realized they were fake when I tried the transparency mode and it didn’t work, then the noise cancellation feature also didn’t work. Touch controls on the airpods to pause/play, skip/rewind wouldn’t work properly. The AirPods would also randomly disconnect from my phone for no reason. I thought they may have just been defective but then I decided to check the serial number and there was no serial number on the inside of the case OR on the AirPods. I returned them for a full refund the next day.

Pros: sound cancellation and customizable rubber ear fittings. Which is a feature you can find from any higher quality earbud anyways. Cons: AirPod tracking keeps turning back on every week after disabling/removing it from FindMy app. This leads to constant notifications every time I’m driving it will blow up my phone and with notifications “your AirPod pros are moving” I will dismiss it then it will pop back up seconds later. Every single morning when I go to pick up the AirPods, they will make an annoying loud chirping/chime 2 times then pause and do repeat 8-10 times. There’s no way to disable it. It’s so loud and wakes up my wife every morning without fail. The first pair I bought I had to return to Walmart because the AirPods kept cutting out and disconnecting intermittently in each ear while I was sitting still listening to music or videos. I returned that pair and the cutting out issue went away. Multiple times at work I will be playing music on my AirPods then when I go to remove one, they will glitch out and start blasting the music on my phone instead of using it’s automatic pause feature that it’s supposed to have when you take one earbud out. So everyone in the office gets to hear the heavy metal I was just listening to seconds prior to coming back from my break. This generation AirPod is terrible and Apple should be ashamed for producing such a low quality product and charging premium pricing. Buy Bose or any other brand because the AirPod pro 2 will cause you too much trouble.

What's so great about airpod pros? I give the Airpod Pros 5 stars because I have used them heavily for the past year and they haven't shown me any failure and they have been through lots. I use my airpods everyday and almost every hour of the day dropping them at least twice a week so here durable if i woud say so, and there's so many other benefits to having airpod pros like a product with only pros and no cons. for example, the airpod pros fit very snuggly and comfortable in my ear; they do not bother my ears or anything. Another reason why i love this product is because of the noise cancellation, the noise cancellation is great and works great blocks out all the noise. Another feature I appreciate is Transparency mode when you can hear people talking more easily without having to turn down the volume or take them out. Another great thing about this product is the battery life. Even if your individual airpods die you can put them in the case to recharge and use them again. It only takes 5 minutes to charge the airpods to get an hour of recharge or listening time. the battery life on the actually airpods last you about 4.5 hours there are many other features in this product like the bass quality which is really good and the spatial audio which feels like your at concert depending which mode you have on my favorite is 8D because it feels like the music is moving around my head. overall this product to me in a 10/10 and would suggest buying this product to anyone.

These have absolutely great quality sound, they never let me down, and hold a charge for a long time. I use them when I’m working out and I also use them for my conference calls at work and can hear everything great! They also drown out other loud sounds when wearing both of them at same time. I would def recommend these!
