After 30 days of use, so far, so good. In the beginning, I had to temporarily switch my 5g modem to 2.4g so Rocky could connect to Wifi. Then after some operational dysfunctions with the app were figured out, my Robo is rockin'. Love this little guy. Sounds like a jet taking off when the dust bin is emptying. Very happy with my purchase.

Works well on hardwood floors

Does a great job on any floor that does not have dried food or liquids.

I've used it for a few days now. Vacuum function is ok, misses a few spots but mostly fine. Mopping though, is bad. Only the middle of the mop gets wet, even on intense setting, so the mop passes do not overlap, resulting in stripy floor. The robot also does not keep track of the water level in the tank, so when it runs out, there is no warning. Mapping is better than some others but it did manage to combine portions of multiple disjoined rooms that happen to be on the same side of the house into a single room with no way to separate them. I did have a few problems with it reporting being stuck with nothing around it and complaining that LIDAR is blocked, when it was not.

simple thing, it does not recognize if any wires on the way and gets stuck, it does not recognize furred rug and stucks there, also have welcome doormat with some deep write up it gets stuck there, otherwise if area is open it cleans well.

Love love this vacuum! The mop option has given me my life back. I don't have to spend two hours every weekend mopping and vacuuming. I love that it self empty's and return to the dock when complete. The app is also a great feature. It tells you when there is an error, if something needs to be replaced or if the vacuum is stuck. I have had other robot brands and this is by far the best on the market!

So many errors for everything! The top bumper gets bumped and it will stop and error out. Also, if you have pets that have accidents, beware, it will go right through it! Big big mess! It does clean well when it cleans, but not worth the headaches of always stopping. If I wasn't home to clear the errors, my house would never get cleaned!
