This is a lifesaver and timesaver!!! Everything about the vacuum is outstanding!!! If you find the vacuum isn’t sucking up like you want, you can adjust the suction in the app.

This is by far the best robovac I have purchased. I was a bit skeptable about the mopping feature but it is right on for maintenance mopping.

Wonderful ! Love it . We have all tile, and it go all over in our 2200 sq ft house. Haven’t tried the floor wash yet.

Does a great job mopping and vacuuming at the same time. Avoids obstacles and furniture well. Love the app. Would recommend.

So far exceeds expectations. Replaced a 4 year old Roomba and not looking back. So much easier to operate and set up. The mop seems to really clean also.

Performs well on multi surfaces. I’ve used the vacuum cleaner feature only. Cleaned carpet, wood floors and tile well. The vacuum was 250.00 off and was a good buy on consumer reports. I’m still figuring out the mapping features in my 2900 sq ft main level. I’m pleased with the purchase. I especially like that it’s easy to spot clean.

The good and the bad. First the good. The first time I used it, it vacuumed my whole house on one charge. I prepped the house by making sure cords were out the way and the dogs toys were picked up. The mapping and LiDAR worked great. No getting stuck anywhere. My house is now mapped with individual rooms marked. Now I can clean just a room if I want. I also like the feature where you can create a zone to clean in case you just want to spot clean. I later found out that it was able to clean my whole house on one charge because it was default set to the lowest power level. On highest power level, it must recharge once. On high power, it does a good job of picking up the sand that we get on the floors here in FL. Now the bad. When it does have to recharge, it takes a LONG time. So it will take most of the day to finish the job. As for the mopping feature, the problem is that you have to set it up to mop any time you want to use that feature. Premoisten the mop head and insert it. Fill the tank with solution and insert it, and when it’s done, remove those and clean them out. No self cleaning mop feature like other robot moppers. I was happy with the results on the tile floors, but the wood laminate flooring was left with streaks. I actually use the robot to premop the laminate floors and go over them with a swiffer and some Bona floor cleaner. The self-emptying vacuum bag feature is nice, but I’m concerned how much replacement collection bags will cost. They seem like pretty heavy cloth bags, and they do provide a spare. I have cleaned mine out with my regular vacuum. So far, I’m satisfied with the unit, as a whole, for the cleaning job it does and the mapping features that it has.

Great robot vacuum. Maps the floor correctly. Vacuums the floor efficiently does not miss spot. Intuitive and easy to use app. Makes less noise. I have used robot vacuum from other company but this one works great

Vacuum worked great but never fully mapped correctly so we couldn’t get it to do our full house. Mopping didn’t work very well it only did thin lines and missed a lot of areas and left unclean gaps.

Maps and cleans well first time. Then seems to forget what worked the first time? ALSO Big issue with getting stuck on rugs, cords (even tacked down) sliding door threshhold etc. 2nd floor map seems to confuse 1st floor map. Going back !! Disapointiing !!
