The clothes come out so clean. I have never had any issues with my machine, it has been consistently reliable for over 3 years now. I love the different features and sleek design. I can fit my king size quilts with ease. Washing is fast, especially in the smart cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall pleased with the washer in the 3 years or so I have had it. Clothes always come clean and operation is quiet. Only complaint is interface. Touch buttons are hard to find when unit has been turned on as is practically invisible. As well as turning the unit on and starting the cycle you have to press just right and hold. Would prefer a more old school interface.

It cleans clothes exceptionally well and looks great in the laundry room. The auto-dispensing detergent feature is a massive time-saver. ​My only minor complaint is that the AI dial interface can feel a bit overly complicated at first if you just want to do a quick, basic load without the machine trying to optimize everything for you. Also, the Wi-Fi connectivity took a couple of tries to set up. Once you get past the learning curve, it’s a great appliance, but it might be a bit much if you prefer traditional, simple buttons.
