Amazing product!

some glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] much of the time, small articles such as rags/socks, get stuck in the edge of the drum. and it won't let me stop the cycle to get the article out until I empty the water out of machine

Great but smaller loads needed.

Also, please use the bedding cycle feature on your washer.
