Purchased 2 years ago this washer. So far I have been happy with it, until it decided just die on me with no cause after self cleaning process. Luckily I had protection that refunded me. I think, it's time moving away from Samsung products, since they are lacking durability. This is 2nd appliance from Samsung that died on me.

We had front load, switched to top load and now giving the Samsung Front load a go and I’m over the moon so far! The pedestals are a back saver and help keep the clutter at bay. And the black looks so sleek! They seem super quiet and efficient! We researched a lot and watched many youtube reviews. I do believe Samsung is making a come back in the washer/dryer world!

Looking to use a smaller footprint so I decided the stackable model would be the best option. I am extremely pleased with my decision. I have never wanted a front loader, but they have come a long way. The washer is very efficient and I am still learning how to use. I love that the washer syncs with the dryer for cycle continuity. Overall, amazing appliances for my first week of ownership! Cannot wait to figure out all of the functions!

It cut my laundry time in half. The washer and dryer features have many settings from bedding to delicates to cold wash with tide pod. This machine is a game changer.
