The level of configuration is great, however the pop ups for software updates are annoying, and the updates fail every time we try. The remote is handy but pressing the wrong button brings up a bundle of streaming services that block half of the screen. None of these are deal breaker, just minor critiques.

When I watched my first movie, the picture was clear and I felt that I was right there in the middle of the action. The easy capability to switch to any App is outstanding. There may be other TVs with better quality and features but this TV is great for me and the price was low compared to others on the market. I am completely satisfied with my purchase!

It has a clear look and it deflects light where you don't have to close the curtains to block the sun from reflecting on it. I like that the tv has an audio guide if needed and a cursor for control if needed. This is a good choice.

I have 2 other LG tvs & both have great pictures but upgrading to smart was a good decision & now I get everything already built in & went from 42 in. to 50 in. for bedroom & I am in heaven watching this new tv! LG has very good quality & picture & can't beat the price. Best decision I ever made. Love LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase this TV at my local BJs because I had just moved into my new home and unfortunately my other TV was damaged in the move. I was just looking for a nice 55” tv with great picture and the capability to stream from my phone to the TV( which my other tv could not do) So after looking around I purchased this LG and I have to say I'm loving it! Not only can I screen share it comes with Alexa and the remote is a Magic Remote which has a pointer I can use on the TV. For the value you can't go wrong!
