No fast forward button unless you go to a menu item... I've had the tv for a bit now and still can't get used to that. Kind of a supreme pain in the rear end. I do like the mouse type function of the remote but, c'mon! You have to have a previous channel button!

This 50" LG lights up the atmosphere and keeps my wife informed and occupied of the news, recipes and whatever else is of interest. Great color and easy directions!

I am disappointed that I cannot download the LG Thinq app due to security certificate issue. Also, to get HBO Max I have to plug in my laptop. Wish these were easily available. The LG channels are very good. The remote is easy to use. All in all, it is a good buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One can easily spend thousands of dollars for "better" TV'S, but this LG has exceeded our expectations and is a great value. Resolution is great. Colorscare bright and vibrant. Magic remote is pretty cool "mouse" remote. We OS might be a bit more confusing, but it works fine. Like having an tuner for off-the-air content. More and more TV'S are leaving tuners off. We love our LG TV. You don't have to spend a fortune to get quality like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television is so much smarter than our previous model. It's ridiculous. Four+ months after purchase we are still finding features that we hadn't previously seen! The picture is predictably great. The magic remote is a useful item. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because I have yet to find instructions, or "help", regarding the user interface, etc. For example, somewhere early on, I saw something indicating that I could program shortcuts into the remote. I pressed "maybe later" or something to that effect and I've never been able to find anything about that again. That's only one example. I know we aren't using this technology to its full extent, but the parts that aren't intuitive may never be found.

The picture is spectacular and so vivid. The price was right as well. Has all of the apps needed to watch netflix, prime, etc
