great picture, not user friendly!

The picture is great and the TV is stylish. That being said, it is not user friendly to set up and not easy to navigate through the antenna, cable, Netflix and prime formats. The Home Screen is useless to me and the icons and description are too hard to see / read at 12 feet. I ordered a second remote because there are 2 users and it can't be programed to use the bluetooth pointer; only one remote at a time can be used / paired. another negative is that I can only set the unit audio output to one setting so I can send signal to my hearing transmitter for hearing aids as well as any second output like theater sound.

Bought this 3 weeks ago and very disappointed. TV has all the features I wanted but this magic remote fails in a big way. 1. Doesn't work with most features on my ATT cable box. 2. Doesn't have a previous channel control button. 3. This roller ball control is so touchy that it just pops out of no where. 4. I find myself using what looks like the previous channel( the return button) everytime I seem to touch the remote. 5. The remote is very clumsily and feels awkward in my hand.

I have to turn off everything else, such as the sound bar and I prefer the on screen menu and guide provided by my service provider over that of the LG. I also wish it could swivel on a stand.

And when I pop in a blue-ray it does not automatically change input to blu-ray and when movie is over - need to manually change back over to hdmi 1 for TV.,

When I bought it snd brought it home the leg stands were broken .... I live a good distance from the store snd in covid times less exposure as a senior the better..... Lg sent me two new leg stands and they won't even slide in the wholes are solid .... I was looking forward to this LG smart tv as it was on my wish list. This is very disappointing not to be able to have it on leg stands and enjoy it
