Have issues where it loses connection and I have to unplug TV then replug it...inconvenient, but luckily TV not mounted on wall! Great for basic TV watching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG TV doesn't sacrifice picture quality or features for it's smaller size. I see the same depth and resolution as i see in the larger sets without overwhelming my room with a huge screen. It's the perfect size for my space. Picture is awesome as is the size. The magic remote has taken me a bit to get used to. Not a negative... in fact it's kinda fun.. tricky at times. The only negative point to share is the sound quality. The sound seems to come from the back of the set. It's kinda flat - and you do need to turn it up. I decided to add a sound bar - different brand... Not sure i'm in love with the combo, but it's acceptable for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this TV and if it wasn't such a hassle I would return it. I was looking for a low tech inexpensive TV. I read the reviews. I knew there were features I would not use but I thought basic functions would be navigable. Turn on the TV what station are you on? Try to change stations use the guide or wheel. Toggle back and forth get the station changed but not exactly how. What good is the guide anyway? Want to watch a movie? Where do you look to find out what it is about? Found something that says synopsis but click it nothing? What is the secret? There are lots of fancy features but what is happening is I am watching less TV. Even my 35 year old son who is more tech advance than me finds it frustrating. I didn't really want a smart TV for this reason I guess but it is pretty much what is available. And now I am stuck with it.

Best of all it's added features as a smart TV allowed me to pull my fire stick and attach it to my other no. Smart TV which I have had for years and still sharp as ever. Thank you LG for manufacturing great products at affordable prices.

Some cable channels jump around so bad, even after adjusting the picture settings, it's hard to watch. Have no problems with the streaming apps. The picture is crisp and the details are amazing. Even the audio is an upgrade. I'm happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my master bedroom. It replaced a broken 42in set that seemed too small anyway. This 50in is great. Bright picture and easy to hang. I had to cut off 1/4in off each bracket screw to make sure it seated properly. Easy peasy. Also easy to train my DirectTV remote for the LG set.

This TV is being used on the lanai and sunlight doesn't bother the picture. I purchased 3 more 42" LG tvs for the bedrooms.

The reason I bought a new tv is because I have noticed that as I'm getting older my vision is not what it used to be. The images on my old tv were blurry and I could no longer read the writing on the screen. Now with my new LG I can see everything clearly. It's amazing. And the sound is incredible. It's like being in a movie theater. I would highly recommend this tv.
