We use our satellite or steaming service and picture quality is excellent. My wife is still playing with the remote to see if she can find something she thinks is a better feature. I'm good with our current settings. But if it keeps her occupied. I'm also happy with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im 70 and live alone and ordered this after my Samsung croaked. when there box arrived and there were instructions how to live it out I was a bit nervous. BUT did so and with drill in hand put on the feet, plugged it in and BOOM. Lights action etc. No real instructions how to get my channels - all I was seeing were the apps - until I pointed the other remote at the TV and I selected my provider. WHOHOOOO. I was back on the couch.

Although I was informed of a delay in shipping several times, and given a change to cancel, I persisted and eventually won the day! All this was important because once it arrived, I was ready to engage in the set up. I can report the set up of the TV was made simple by the software it has. This was what I was looking for as my former TV was painfully outdated, especially when I came to linking up to WiFi, activating App's (like Netflix, Prime). This LG comes loaded with every App you can think of and more. Fortunately the product also delivers on it's simple set up, and capacity to stay up to date with internet access. I also like the remote which has a pointer feature embedded to make the user comfortable and engaged. Finally the screen size has that goldilocks and the three bears fit in that it is "just right" , big enough to enjoy, not too big to regret, not too small to disappoint. I still have exploring to do, but I can take my time knowing this TV will remain up to date and ready to go for quite some time.

Bought this 3 weeks ago and very disappointed. TV has all the features I wanted but this magic remote fails in a big way. 1. Doesn't work with most features on my ATT cable box. 2. Doesn't have a previous channel control button. 3. This roller ball control is so touchy that it just pops out of no where. 4. I find myself using what looks like the previous channel( the return button) everytime I seem to touch the remote. 5. The remote is very clumsily and feels awkward in my hand.

I'm not computer literate, but the TV practically set itself up & since it hooks to wifi, there's fewer cables. The picture is excellennt, which is the reason we chose this TV to begin with. Good product, keep it up.

I was amazed at the ease of connecting everything, and once I turned it on, it just walked me through the programming steps. Love the smart remote! Highly recommend this TV!

It has provided all of the other streaming services that I want to allow. The picture is amazing clarity and color. I recommend this product for the cost and the clarity of the picture.
