[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my dinosaur husband to try to move him into the 21st century, and he is loving it! He's amazed at all the channels he can get via the apps! I love it too, and I've been watching a lot of my favorite shows on there, and I have to say the picture is great! I gave it 4 stars because there aren't enough HDMI plug ins, or output audio jacks. My husband uses wireless headphones to listen, because he's hard of hearing and won't use his hearing aides, and the headphones he already had wouldn't work cause after we got all the other things plugged in to it (DVD player, satellite box etc) there was nowhere left to plug in the antenna for the headphones. I bought him a new pair of Bluetooth ones and they work fine! The other problem is the "magic" remote, which tends to turn on the TV in the next room sometimes, even though it's a different brand TV and the magic remote isn't synced to it. Overall, we love it!

The technology that operates the TV is hot that hard to figures out, set up, and operate. The price was way within the budget I had set for a new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our new LG TV. Our old TV (a different brand) was 14 years old and had no features to speak of. We didn't know what we were missing. This LG55" has EVERYTHING we could ever want and more! There are hundreds of channels, plus the big apps like Netflix and Prime. We get our news, cooking shows, dramas, great movies--more TV than we ever could watch in a day. It is easy to use and a joy to watch! Our next TV will be an LG again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago at Costco. I'm replacing a not too old 43" LG. The old TV had visibility problems in sun and bright light. This TV has none of those problems. Colors are bright, crisp and clear. My only complaint is that it takes too long to recognize my sound bar (Vizio) which is also older (maybe 6 years). It only has an optical connection, not HDMI. The features are easy to use, especially Amazon Prime and Netflix.

The only issue I have is that it does offer an app for spectrum so I have to use roku to stream my spectrum channels.

One small issue I had was the power cord kept falling out from the back of the tv. I contacted LG and the company sent me a power cord. They were very efficient in responding to my request. Overall this was a good buy and I highly recommend this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television was an excellent replacement for our old Sony when it died last month. It has great features and excellent connectivity. The only word of warning is the remote which is a point a click set up. We have 3 generations under our roof ranging from 21 to 83. Unfortunately the 83 yr old is often held hostage by a floating pink arrow that she struggles to steady.
