This is a sofa to sink into! Seriously! I was looking for a more firm seat but the comfort is just what I'm looking for in my living room. It's deep and plenty of room for three comfortably.

Not bad, but not good either. The fabric started pilling within 6 months and the cushions bees quite lumpy. Even though you can take the seat covers off and wash them, that did not solve the pilling issue and at about 10 months it was looking very worn, even though no kids and only 2 adults sat on it. I bought the sofa and chair. A month in the garage and two months in the house and it still reeks. I get sick everytime I am anywhere near it. I live alone, so moving it out is difficult. I am tempted to throw it away it stinks so badly. I even bought an air purifier, room deodarizers, sprays, etc. NOTHING works. Total waste of my money.

Love this couch but unfortunately after 3 weeks the horrible smell won’t go away. It smells moldy/musty which I assumed was off gassing of the new product but it appears to be getting worse as the weeks pass. Not sure if we got a bad one, can’t find any other reviews about this issue. Such a bummer.

This was our first time purchasing a couch online without trying it in person—we hit the jackpot! The couch arrived in one box and was easy to assemble. It's perfect for snuggling up with a good book; it's incredibly comfortable and looks fantastic! We have two dogs, and so far, we haven't had any issues with their hair sticking to the fabric.

I ordered two of these sofas in the "snow" color. I was nervous about ordering this color because I had to judge the color solely from the stock photos, and the "snow" color appeared to be more of a light grey/silver in the stock photos. However, once I saw the "sand" color in the store (which was much lighter than the stock photos; I would call it a true linen/oatmeal color), I decided to take a chance on the "snow" color in hopes that it was closer to white. I lucked out. The color is exactly what I was hoping for. It's not a bright white, but it's also not at all yellow/ivory. I would call the "snow" color a soft white. The performance chenille material is also super soft and comfortable! Side note/tip- Even though the back, seat, side, and pillow cushions are removable for washing, I still decided to order cushion covers for both the back and seat cushions from a well-known company on social media, and they're a near-perfect color match and fit PERFECTLY. I honestly don't think anyone has any idea that they're even covered. The couch itself is extremely plush/soft, while still maintaining clean lines; meaning the cushions aren't dented where you were sitting after you get up. The cushions regain their original form pretty much immediately and this saves us from the dreaded fluffing of the sofa or having to deal with a sloppy/slouchy-looking sofa, which was something we were specifically looking for; we wanted comfort without sacrificing style.... and I'd say we got it. It's deep-seated and with the back cushions removed, this sofa could easily double as a twin-sized bed. I would highly recommend this sofa to anyone who wants a super soft, melt-into-your-seat feel, while still having a nice, clean, modern look. Also wanted to say- these sofas measured just *slightly* smaller than the manufacturer's measurements.The sofa length on both of ours is 85.5" (manufacturer's measurement says 88"). This worked in our favor as we have a relatively small space, and just to be clear- my 6'2" husband can still lay ctotally stretched out on the sofa and fit comfortably.

This sofa rocks! It is super comfortable. The fabric has a great, soft feel. The design of the accent pillows looks good too.

The perfect nap couch!! So soft and comfortable, but sturdy cushions that will last. Excellent price point to add comfort and luxury to any space!

Not impressed with the customer support. Have made multiple return attempts for having received the wrong color initially. To repeating the process week after week. Since Sam's uses a third party for this process, really not impressed.

Beautiful couches, however, they don't hold up. The fabric has pilled and the cushions are constantly sliding off the couch. Wouldn't recommend if you're going to use your couches
