I will 100% be purchasing this couch- it is slouchy and comfy and the perfect movie watching couch. Feels and looks very similar to a restoration hardware couch that I've had my eye on but a fraction of the price! I love the cozy material and how deep the couch is.

I am shocked by how cozy this couch is brand new! It already feels broken in and soft in the cushions. The material is so soft and looks like it'll do well with a bit of wear and tear over time/easy to clean. The price is amazing for such a quality couch!

I LOVE this couch. It is so cute and modern-comfortable looking. It's a classic neutral color and fabric but the details of the pillow/sidearms makes it extra comfortable and cozy! I love how it's deep and has a taller back making it ideal for those wanting to sit back and relax! It's so incredible comfortable and would look amazing in any space. The accent pillows are also so cute.

Bought it in Snow sight unseen…it’s white white….which is why I was looking for in my living room. Couch is absolutely worth every penny and then some. Other reviews complain about the smell which made me hesitate…it’s a new furniture smell that went away in an hour or so…I love this couch so much I bought one more and the single chair..just buy the darn couch bc it’s a great deal and looks and feels so comfortable. Enough room for 2 adults to spoon and watch tv/movies.

Not bad, but not good either. The fabric started pilling within 6 months and the cushions bees quite lumpy. Even though you can take the seat covers off and wash them, that did not solve the pilling issue and at about 10 months it was looking very worn, even though no kids and only 2 adults sat on it. It’s a nice sturdy couch, but the fabric is not…

I love the look of this. The accent pillows are great. The fabric is nice and soft to touch. However, I sink too far into the seat cushions. There's next to no support in the middle. Even closer to the sides, I sink too far down to be comfortable.

I have to agree with a recent review: this fabric pills bad. The description says it’s good for high traffic areas, but it’s not. The cushions are lumpy after only a few months, and the fabric is now unsightly and worn. I hadn’t even had this set a year, and I’ll be looking for a replacement. If this is used for an area that doesn’t get used, it’s perfect. I have spent hours with a fabric shaver to get a little more life out of this set, and that is just unacceptable for something that I haven’t had very long. I contacted the manufacturer, and they shipped me replacement cushions, but that will be a short-lived resolution. Just avoid.

Beautiful couches, however, they don’t hold up. The fabric has pilled and the cushions are constantly sliding off the couch. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re going to use your couches

Horrible fabric pilling began just three days after delivery. Nothing resolved the issue, and shortly after, both chairs and the sofa developed noticeable lumps in the seats. We ultimately had Sam’s Club arrange a pickup for a full return, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, we believe these items may have been stored improperly prior to delivery, potentially causing damage to the material before we even received them.

Not impressed with the customer support. Have made multiple return attempts for having received the wrong color initially. To repeating the process week after week. Since Sam’s uses a third party for this process, really not impressed.
