Hi Team, I wanted to see what the alternatives are since I have not been completely happy with my bed full transparency is I do have a back issue due to a random physical assault by a stranger and it is imperative to me and also my care team to find an overall great back support product. Can you help here ? Your part could be potentially harmful for my back so I'm hoping there is an alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the product and customer service from ordering at the tempurpedic store, delivery to the unfortunate return were commendable. The proadapt medium hybrid split king did support my hips and back which I have issues with however i found my neck getting more sore (which I also have issues with, the mattress didn't cause but irritated). Purchased the tempurpedic neck pillow in hopes of fixing the issue with no luck. I have spoke to many friends who love the product it just didn't work for me. I was tempted to try another style but was worried it may result in the same neck issue.

Ok, so, we kept our previous Serta Pillow top mattress for 20 years, rotating it twice a year, flipping it over, and top to bottom. It was old but it still felt good. We recently decided to get a new mattress and chose the TEMPUR-ProAdapt™ Medium Hybrid. All we can say is "WOW" ! We didn't realize how much mattress technology has advanced. We have been sleeping so much better than we were, if you have an older mattress then you owe it to yourself to check out the new mattresses, you won't believe the difference.

This is my 2nd tempur pedic. 11 years ago I bought a firm classic twin, & it was the first mattress I could sleep on that I never had any pain. For 11 years I used that mattress, & slowly saved up for a new one. I recently bought an adapt medium twin, but it was too soft & gave me pain. So I exchanged it for a firm pro adapt twin, & know that it will serve me well as did my first tempur pedic twin. I will have this one for a long time to come. Thank you for providing such a good product, especially for people with back issues. I only wish it were not so expensive.

This bed was a very hard lump when it first arrived but has softened up a lot in the past month. I am happy that it came with a return policy because I am honestly not sure if I will be keeping it. I think I prefer more pillow top and soft. This bed does nothing to relieve back pain and actually seems to be causing back pain if I sleep on my back. I recently had a better night sleep on a hotel mattress that was really nothing special. I am not sure this bed was worth all the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since sleeping on my tempur pedic my nights sleep quality has improved. I have the firm mattress and it is at the right level of firmness. I've been sleeping on this mattress for 5 months now and I have never slept better. I definitely recommend investing in your sleep quality.

Comparable to my Celebrity bed I purchased in 2009 but doesn't have a pillow top and it's not as high. My wife and I love it though. You spend at least 1/3 of your life sleeping, spend the money and get a TEMPURPEDIC. I plan on being a customer for life. The ProbAdapt Soft is similar to a medium firmness but it's so comfortable. Also has a great warranty.

As a result, my sleep quality has been greatly reduced for as long as I can remember. Since owning this mattress, my pain has been noticeably reduced. I am nowhere near as stiff as I used to be in the mornings. I fall asleep faster and stay cooler through the night as well. Excellent purchase. Would recommend. Would purchase again.

I was a big advocate of Tempur Pedic until now. I bought an advantage firm mattress 9 years ago. I loved it until it began to severely sag over the past year. They have a 10 year full replacement warranty. Warranty department said they will cover it but want to replace it with a medium support and if I want a firm support they will charge me $1700.00 for an upgrade. I don't want an upgrade I want firm replaced with firm. That is all I want. The difference between the mattress they approved(adapt medium) and the pro adapt firm is $800.00 retail. I offered to pay that but they refuse. They want $1700.00. This is not a warranty at all. The mattress they approved is not the most like my mattress because it is not firm. When I explain that to customer service they are very rude. So very disappointing.

Warning -- if you buy this mattress you'll have to give up staying in hotels, because no other bed will be as comfortable as your own. This bed solved my back problems! We bought directly through Tempur-pedic and had a perfect purchase and delivery experience. I can't recommend this highly enough.
