The mattress is very good and we decided to buy the matching pillows. The wrong pillows were sent, because while I was shopping the pillows reset to the default of queen size instead of king size. The representative told me too bad and no returns or replacements.

I have been a Tempur- Pedic customer since 2005. I strongly believe that Tempur - Pedic has the best products in the world. The mattress is firm and gives me great support and comfort. I am especially pleased with my sale rep, Sydney Blankenship. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and was able to address all of my concerns. Sydney gets my vote for employee of the month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first tempurpedic in 1997 after i lost my house in a flood. Had it until my divorce in 2015, she kept the mattress somehow. Did not get restful sleep until I GOT MY NEW MATTRESS and have been sleeping soundly ever since. My new one is better than my old one. Coupled with the adjustable base and I don't snore as bad, no sore throat when i wake up. If you want a good nights sleep this is it. I don't even get up to go to the bathroom 3 times a night anymore. I suspect discomfort was waking me, vacating my bladder allowed my joints to get back in alignment so I could go back to sleep every night. Now if I wake up I really do have to go. Having deep dream filled sleep with my new mattress. I have always gone with a 'firm' mattress, but now that I am older I wanted to try and see if a less firm mattress might feel better and alleviate some of the 'aches & pains' ... thankfully, the TempurPedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid offers the give needed but still has some firmness that I like. Great mattress. I also purchased the TempurErgo Extend Smart Base. Going to have to try the pillows!

It was a rough first two days on the mattress. It felt like a brick. BUT after those first two days, it molded with my body and I now sleep sooooo well! The pillows are great too. This is my second tempurpedic mattress and pillows and I can say that they have made some serious improvements to these new products. My body doesn't get so hot on it anymore either with their new pro-adapt technology. The pillows are definitely cooler and lighter. Love it! I'm very very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the firm mattress and at first, we thought it may be too firm. However, once we started sleeping on it, it felt wonderful! My back never felt sore and I felt well rested. In fact, my sleep tracker indicated an increase of 1.5 hours of deep sleep each night once I changed to the Tempurpedic mattress. I was more rested, even though my total hours of sleep didn't change. The cooling gel also kept us from getting too hot at night.

Purchased the split cal king and works well as my husband adjusts his side very often whereas I don't. Easier than I thought to change the sheets. Going from a queen bed to cal king also made the difference. Customer service and sales person very helpful and kind.

I tried to save money 6 years ago and bought a level down from beauty rest. Good mattress but started sagging. I KNEW at the time it was a bad move and did it anyway. Hence, 6 years later, i bit the bullet and bought my Tempurpedic. Costly lesson, but now I sleep so comfortably! Don't make the same mistake I made... START with Tempurpedic!

We got our new mattress almost a month ago and from the first night the sleep has been amazing! I was having back issues from sleeping on a very hard foam mattress. Those issues are now gone and according to my fitness tracker I get more deep sleep every night. I also move less. My husband's snoring has not been an issue since the new mattress either. Totally worth the money!
