The bed was firmer than expected when it arrived. After 45 days it is starting to break in. The edges of the bed are soft and sink when we sit on them. The bed is necessary for my husband who needs to elevate his upper body when he sleeps. The beds are difficult to change the sheets and the mattresses slide apart often.

This is a replacement for an original Tempur mattress. Before purchasing this mattress we did a lot of trying other mattresses, on line research etc. Once we laid on this new Tempur we wondered why we even thought about a different brand. I didn't think we could ever replace this very old mattress because it was SO PERFECT! It was also completely worn out after about 25 years or so. Well, we got the ProAdapt firm and it is just like our old one. I was just thrilled. Completely happy. Our clerk was extremely helpful in listening to my story about trying to find another Tempurpedic mattress like our original. She just pointed it out and said that was it. And it was! If you want a firm mattress, this is the one! We got free delivery in 2 days and interest-free financing for 5 years. I ordered new pillows and can't wait for them to come in! Thank you, Lisa!

After owning a Split Cal King Temper Pedic bed for less than 5 years, the offered warranty of 10 years will not be honored. The requirements of measuring with a yard stick showing 3/4" indentation are not obtainable. My husband and I wake up in pain daily from the indentations of the split mattresses, they did not hold their original shape for even 5 years. You must show a quarter standing upright of the amount of gap on the bed. As bad as the mattress is with 1/4" gap showing, they will not honor the warranty. False advertising of this being high end, very expensive, bed that will last well beyond 10 years.

What a joy to finally get a good night's sleep without tossing and turning. I awaken rested and ready for each challenging day. I periodically end up on my stomach instead of my back. When that happens, I tend to have some back pain, but considering how I was feeling, I feel as if I am sleeping on cloud 9. More than I wanted to spend but well worh the money, especially with a 60-month payment plan, it is very convenient and affordable.

This is our second go around with Tempur-Pedic. Our first set was 17 years old and it was time for replacement. Comfort and quality are most important to us and as i would always tell everyone, if someone were to break in and steal anything from my home, they could take everything but my mattress!! We are very satisfied with our new Tempur-Pedic mattress set and wouldn't have purchased another brand. Thank you for our comfortable and uninterrupted sleep!

This is my first time owning such a firm bed, but I went with it based on my conversation with the local mattress specialist. After a one week adjustment period, my sleep quality has definitely improved from my previous mattress. The quality feels excellent, and the movement isolation is unreal; movements by another person are practically unfelt.

This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. This is the best bed we have owned in our 45 years of marriage. Love the adjustable features. We have some aches and pains and the availability to put the bed into comfortable positions is a big plus. Our sleep patterns seems to come more quickly instead of thrashing around before settling in for the night.
