Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattress

Was great first year till it snagged so bad had a replacement which after a year is sagging as well. Will never buy one again. Sleeping on the floor I have a bad back and spent allot of this mattress. They do not last like they used to. Very unhappy

Sweet Dreams

HAD A HARD TIME GETTING COMFORTABLE AT NIGHT I HAVE 2 ARTIFICIAL HIPS AND MY LEFT KNEE SO TURNING WAS A CHAORE NOW I GET IN BED AND THE MATTRESS HUGS ME SO I NO LONGER HAVE TO MOVE ABOUT GREAT NIGHT SLEEP BEGINNING THE FIRST NIGHT

Not sure how long it take to get adjusted to the product, but every morning I wake with a back and hip area aches. For the price you pay, they are not worth the money.

Best mattress in the world

As expected, it is a very comfortable, high quality mattress. We did have to get a 5 inch base because it was several inches taller than our old Tempur-Pedic mattress which was on a 9 inch base.

Top quality

I was very afraid of getting a memory foam bed.... And now am so very glad I did. I have had the best sleep ever. I also purchase a pillow. No regrets only good nights sleep.

Absolutely Amazing Sleep

The mattress is amazingly comfortable and its firmness helps both of us rest better than other more softer mattresses. Spend so many hours on it, so worth having a better feel.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision.

After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way.

I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it.

To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure.

For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND WARRANTY

I received my bed 2 weeks before major hip replacement surgery. I live alone and because I was able to lift my self to a position where I could get off the bed by myself, I was able to recover from this surgery without having to go to Nursing facility. Due to COVID I did not want to leave my home. I am recovering very well alone at home and sleeping very comfortable because of the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium bed. I wish the height of the bed frame could be adjusted down about 1 inch so I didn't have to use a step stool. I am only 5"0 tall.
