These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

I'm a terrible sleeper in general, so was skeptical if a mattress could really make any difference. After trying beds from a few other brands, I was pretty sure that was the case. Then I tried the new Tempur bed and have noticed a huge improvement in how rested I feel the next day. No more waking up when my wife moves around!

Has taken awhile to adjust and still a work in progress. Harder or maybe denser than I like. There was a Tempur-Pedic sales rep in store that day. Sales person ask what I was looking for in new mattress and my sleep patterns. Told her I had good experiences with euro pillow tops while traveling. But she recommended the mattress I purchased over the pillow top. Not sure if might have been more satisfied or not with pillow top. But do wonder about my choice due to the firmness and breaking in period. Know I could return for a fee but will try to make this one work. I am sleeping more sound. So will probably be ok.

I purchased the soft model of this mattress because I don't like firm and I have the mattress for almost 4 weeks now and it's still so firm they told me to give some time to adjust but I have more back pain ever sense I start sleeping on it. This mattress plus base cost over $4k and it's not comfortable at all will definitely return it.

This is our second set of Tempur-pedic spit king mattresses. They have been great. Our first set developed a dip in the middle after 9 1/2 years. I contacted the company and they made good on their warranty with no problems. I have recommended their product to several people. We have Tempur-pedic split king beds in two locations and we sleep great in both.

But given a few weeks it loosened up and has stayed comfortable since. My only complaint is sometimes I do get hot, but I sleep hot normally and it is in the hot summer months now. I should've probably bought the cooling pro adapt mattress but just couldn't move myself to spend the extra grand on that price tag. But I'm happy enough with my mattress so I'm set.

I used to have a foam mattress that came in a box and my husband complained all the time about it. He always complained there wasn't enough support and his back hurt. Every minute of sleep as a new mom counts am I right? I never understood what it truly meant to be tired until I had a baby. The ProAdapt series has been such a savior for every precious minute of sleep that I can get. The ProAdapt series comes in three variations of the soft, medium, medium hybrid, and firm. I went with the medium hybrid which now has the combined technology of foam and coils. I love the support of the coils with the ultra-luxe comfort of the foam. It has a cooling technology and my favorite part is the zip off cover. Having a little one, there is a soon to be accident around the corner it seems like and having that option is game-changing. It seriously feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. I don't have any back problems and I actually feel rested. I'm in and out a lot of my bed to feed my little one at night and I never stir my husband. If you are in the market for a new bed I highly recommend checking it out! Also loved the white glove delivery up to my second floor! I am truly a convert!

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

Purchased the Tempur-pedic Proadapt mattress 2018. This mattress is very comfortable however it sleeps hot! Cannot wear winter pajamas to bed during the winter because it'll be too hot. My husband and I spent a lot of money on this mattress and wish I would've researched it before hand. Been researching an air condition/fan to use with the mattress during the summer time. If I didn't spend so much money on it I would probably give it away and buy a new mattress.
