My husband wanted a firm mattress and we've had memory foam mattresses before. The Tempurpedic is VERY firm. Initially, it seems like it's TOO firm, but once you're in it, it feels great. We have only been able to sleep in the bed 7 nights since we bought it - LONG story. However, those 7 nights were wonderful! I must say that the "white glove experience" was no big deal. Two fellows delivered it and they were very pleasant, but I have no idea what the whoopteedoo was. It was delivered and put on the bed. Whoopteedoo.

I learned a long time ago that you truly do 'get what you pay for' and, in this case, I absolutely have no regrets in paying for, and getting, a premium mattress that has helped us so much. My hip and shoulder pain were GONE after only a few nights. The motion transfer or disruption is just nonexistent (which I find great value in), and overall we just sleep soundly! I waited for far too many years to make this crucial investment for my physical health but also my mental as I sleep soundly now and wake up feeling way better. If this is in your budget, I can confidently say that it is highly unlikely you'd be anything but happy with your purchase. I tried almost literally a dozen other mattresses, trying to get to this quality, but now I know I should've started with a TempurPedic.

I have had back issues from my two previous mattresses and was a little hesitant to try a soft. I am so happy that after years I'm getting a full night sleep I do not ache when I get out of bed in the morning. It's been heaven. Worth the money for sure.

I've been sleeping in my Pro-Adapt Medium Hybrid for about 5 weeks now, and I'm still getting used to it. It's comfortable for the most part, but sometimes I feel it's too firm. I love the fact that it's quiet and motionless, so it doesn't disturb my partner. I'm hoping that with time it'll be softer or more responsive, I don't know. It's a great quality mattress, and I'm overall satisfied.

I always thought I was getting a good night's sleep until my new Tempur-pedic ProAdapt became a part of my life! I wake up with a completely rested body now. The plus is that the adjustable bed makes my legs feel so much better. I suffer from adult onset muscular dystrophy and the various settings are so helpful with my comfort. TV watching is an added plus!

I knew I wanted a bed that could accommodate all sleeping positions, but be on the softer side. I think this is a perfect choice for people that fall under the same sleep category as me. Pros : Very comfortable, good edge support, great white glove delivery, classic memory foam sinking feel, but easier mobility and bounce due to the hybrid springs. Cons : You never want to leave your bed, probably a bit pricey, my mattress had a pretty strong off gassing oder that lasted for about 2 days. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and have been getting good solid sleep. My only regret is not spending the extra money for the lux adapt to get that extra softness I was looking for.

I love my new bed! I had been waking up every morning with a back ache and after a hip replacement was having trouble getting comfortable! I sleep better than I have for years. It feels soft to the touch but is still firm. It's not hot and I love that my feet can be elevated. I give myself a massage before going to sleep and after waking up and can usually get out of bed with no aches and pains! I can now sit up and read in bed! Love it!!

It was time to purchase a new mattress as our original TempurPedic was 10 years old. There was no question we were going to purchase another TempurPedic, so I visited the TempurPedic website and it took minutes to choose our new mattress. Top notch customer service. Our new mattress is absolutely perfect in every way. There was no "break in" period; we had an awesome night's sleep on the very first night. We are TempurPedic customers for life!

It had just the right amount of support, including edge support, and nothing felt as amazingly comfortable as it did. We tried to convince ourselves to buy something less expensive but in the end decided to make an investment in our sleep health. We have no regrets.

I had a Tempurpedic for about ten years, then when I moved got to thinking any old mattress would do. Big Mistake. 4 months later, my cheap "memory foam" mattress was folding in the middle and killing me. I went back to Tempurpedic and, no joke, within one night, I got some real sleep and woke up with no pain, feeling refreshed. Lesson learned. I will never stray again.
