This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. I've tried several different beds in the past and decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try and let me just say that they did not disappoint. I splurged and bought myself the king medium hybrid and have been sleeping through the night. Usually I toss and turn but this thing is so comfortable. I don't get back pain and when I workout hard and have sore muscles it's comforting to get to just lay on it and know I'll be getting a good nights sleep. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!

Before I got this bed, I woke up several times an hour every hour. Now I sleep soundly through the night. I have terrible back pain, which was our primary reason for buying this bed. When I lay on my bed, my back pain is gone! Best bed I have ever bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my pro-adapt one month ago and since sleeping on it every night, my back hip and neck pain has almost disappeared. I feel like this mattress is a bit too soft for my taste but at the same time, I was told stomach sleepers need a softer mattress to support them more. So I may have to give up my firm preference to keep sleeping pain-free! Also I do love the zero gravity mode on the base I purchased to go along with the bed. The massage feature just feels like the bed is vibrating and I honestly don't think it was worth the extra money. I wish I had tried the base in store - I would have done without the extra massage feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so lucky to own two of these. We own a queen size and king size Tempur-Pro Adapt. We also own the pillows. They are all Firm. My husband suffers with a bad back. This is the only mattress he can get a good nights sleep on. Myself, I really enjoy the pillows too. I had neck pain and when we started sleeping on the Tempur pillows that seemed to really eliminate the pain.I would love to be able to put one of these in our guest room. We have a lot of company and I am sure they would enjoy sleeping on a Tempur mattres and possibly go home and purchase one.

I have always struggled to find a comfortable mattress as a side and stomach sleeper who has back and hip issues. With my previous mattress, I would wake up each morning with aches and pains, particularly in my lower back and hips. I have slept on this Tempur-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid for several nights now and I have been shocked by how refreshed I have been feeling in the morning. My back is feeling much better throughout the day and I've not had to take any pain relief medication since switching to this mattress. I really like the combination of both coils and the TEMPUR material. I feel like it really does adapt to my body to relieve pressure in all the right places to help alleviate that pain I was feeling. I also have noticed that I don't get as hot at night, which I think is due to the "cooling technology" in the outer layer (which I have learned is removable and machine washable!!) My husband has also mentioned that my snoring has improved and I'm not tossing and turning all night long like "a fish out of water" in his words. He has loved the improvement in his sleep as well. Overall, I am a huge fan of this mattress and planning to now purchase one for my mother who has similar sleep issues as I suffered from. I will be sure to update my review in a few months and also share my mom's experience.

Thrilled with the mattress as I am able to sleep through the night and it cured my aches and pains from my old mattress. This is our first Tempur-Pedic mattress after using other popular brands. None of the other mattresses provided the firm support as this Tempur-pedic. It is impressive how one of us can move around or roll over and the other person feel no bounce or disturbance. It is such a solid feeling mattress. We can sit on the side of the mattress and it doesn't collapse. We both agree we are sleeping better, more soundly, and better rested. It is the best ever.

We love this mattress. We've slept on it for several months now and love it more and more every day. We did try the medium firmness mattress and did not like it at all, but the soft is perfect for us. We've owned Sleep Number beds, exclusively for 20+ years, but decided to try something different and are so glad we did. Would highly recommend this mattress to everyone.
