My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! Their service was extraordinary! They far exceeded my expectations! Everything they said and did was perfect! I am so excited to have found truly great service in today's world! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mattress after months of research online. We had slept on a Temper-Pedic two years ago on vacation and it was the best week of sleep. I finally just bought this one, and when I say I have never slept better, its an understatement. I actually sleep through the night now, and my husband who has a bad back hasn't complained in one month. It was a costly investment, but after the great sleep we are getting it is well worth it.

We purchased king mattress and ease twin xl bases. Somewhat expensive but so far so good. Still getting used to our new bed, but so far feel really comfortable and very cozy. We like it; our 2,dogs also love it. Was easy to install and easy to operate and we are sleeping cool and nice. We now could watch tv without compromising our necks.

We love our new mattress. We are an elderly couple with many aches and pains. Both of us are sleeping better then we have for a long time. Couple issues, small ones tho, are unless you want to spend a lot on a set of fairly average sheets from temper pedic made specifically for their beds, it is hard to find really good fitting ones. Also be prepared to spend a lot for these mattress'. If you can afford it then it is worth it. But don't go into debt for it.

I have been using this bed for over a month now. I really love the flexibility it provides to raise on either side, particularly for my consistent reading habits. The firmness helps a lot more for my back support. Sleeping patterns have changed for betterment. In all a great gift for myself.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. I've had the mattress for normal by the month. I did not have back problems with my old mattress it was just getting old and need to be replaced. I expected to be rejuvenated in the morning after sleeping on this mattress. Instead my back is and shoulder is hurting me. I will give it another month and see what happens.

I was the type of guy that didn't see the point of buying a expensive mattress. Until I kept buying mattresses that hurt my back. After my 3rd mattress in a year my girlfriend twisted my arm into buying a tempurpedic. After I bought the mattress I do t regret anything. My back has never felt so good 10/10 recommend. Don't think of the price think of the investment.
