I had a great experience at Jordan's furniture buying my temperpedic mattress. I purchased the soft option and should have gone a little firmer. But I made the selection, so I have to live with it. It's far superior to my old mattress. I also looked at sleep number bed, but chose temperpedic.

We love our Tempurpedic-Pro Adapt Firm mattress. The first night we laid down in it and tried it we thought....oh no, we shouldn't have gotten the firm version, it's too hard!. But within a few seconds, the mattress perfectly envelopes your back and hips for a restful and supported night's sleep. This performance by the mattress has continued every night since without disappointment. I love how I can't feel my husband get in or out of bed or toss and turn....we both bought the Tempurpedic Cool Breeze PIllows that were offered as a BOGO deal with the paperwork that was delivered with the mattress. Finally, the mattress fit perfectly on our existing frame and we always have the option to purchase the adjustable base in the future. Thank you Tempurpedic!

The warranty provided partial coverage and we jumped at the chance to get a new mattress. These are the best mattresses and the company has been easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how comfortable this mattress is. I had trouble sleeping because of tossing, turning, and being uncomfortable on my old mattress. The first night I slept on this mattress, I drifted off. I have been having fewer sleep disturbances and less back pain, and I notice I don't toss and turn to get into a comfortable position to fall asleep. I am so happy I chose the Pro-adapt Hybrid mattress and could get a decent night's sleep.

Bought first tempur-pedic king, firm mattress in 2011. It lasted a good many years. Bought second Tempur-Pedic king adapt, medium in 2021. From the get go I knew the medium was not for me. Bought our newest King Tempur-ProAdapt Firm an have slept on it for one month and a few days. From the Flagship store experience to the "white glove" delivery and set up has been a wise choice. It has taken me a couple of weeks to get used to the "Firm", but I am a firm mattress sleeper.

Like sleeping on "HOT CONCRETE".My entire body is in pain this morning. HOT too. "OMG" and I purchased the soft one. Soft means soft to me. Soft must mean "CONCRETE" to tempurpedic. Cool means cool to me. Cool obviously means "FIRE HOT" to tempurpedic. STUCK WITH THIS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED SLAB OF "HOT CONCRETE " !!!!!!!!!! I would not give it one star but that option isn't provided. This purchase has sickened me!!!!

Showroom firm mattress was very comfortable. The firm mattress I recieved is almost like sleeping on a table. My 30 days are almost up and I will be exchanging it for a medium hybrid. I wish there was a longer trial period to see how long it takes to soften up because the showroom mattress felt great.

This is by far the best sleep I've had in 15 years. I wake up in the exact position I fell asleep in and wake up feeling rejuvenated and incredible in the mornings. Best money I have ever spent on myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so lucky to own two of these. We own a queen size and king size Tempur-Pro Adapt. We also own the pillows. They are all Firm. My husband suffers with a bad back. This is the only mattress he can get a good nights sleep on. Myself, I really enjoy the pillows too. I had neck pain and when we started sleeping on the Tempur pillows that seemed to really eliminate the pain.I would love to be able to put one of these in our guest room. We have a lot of company and I am sure they would enjoy sleeping on a Tempur mattres and possibly go home and purchase one.
