This mattress is way too hard it's like you sleeping on top of a exam table. They tell me was hard because it wasn't broken so they told me I need to walked on it so I did for weeks then they told me it was hard because my house was cool so I put a heating blanket on it I've had it nine months and the bed is just as hard as the day buy it... I HATE this mattress.....

I love this mattress. I've had a Tempurpedic mattress for almost 20 years. When we bought a split king bed, I chose a soft mattress for my side after years of the medium firmness my husband likes. I prefer to sleep on my side and I'm finally waking up without a sore shoulder. I highly recommend this mattress for any side sleeper.

It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. Let me just start by saying that this mattress has literally changed my life. I used to sleep on a traditional spring mattress (that was over 10 years old). This was the first time trying a tempur pedic mattress, so I was unsure about how my back would take to it, but it has been the best change. The mattress is firm enough to where you don't sink in, but soft enough to where it kind of molds to the body. It's amazing.

My experience is that I REALLY believe the commercials that I see in TV that recommend this mattress to people. At first, I was not able to adjust it to make me comfortable. This bed is a must! Yes, it is expensive but this mattress is worth every penny. It comes with a 10 year warranty which gives you a hint as to the quality and effectiveness of this product. I finally have a bed that supports me and my joints. With the adjustable base, additional comfort is available. My favorite setting is the sleep setting coupled with the vibrating feature.
