We have only had it for a little over a month. At first it felt very hard, but changing to super stretchy sheets helped with that. It still doesn't feel as soft as the one in the store but maybe it has to be broken in. I'm no longer having hip or back pain. My husband's shoulder pain has been reduced.

We had a 20 year old Tempurpedic mattress that we thought was fine. As a breast cancer survivor, I take medication that causes mild aches and pains and stiffness (a very small price to pay for continued good health!). For years, I have gotten out of bed and walked across the bedroom like a 100 year old person. The very first morning with this new one, I was completely not stiff, not sore, and immediately moved comfortably. Who knew that my issues were related to the mattress? This one is marvelous.

I didn't realize how much sleep (or lack thereof) was affecting my daily life until I purchased this bed. I just assumed many people struggled with sleep and it was just a part of life. Boy, was I wrong. I've only had my soft split California king LuxeAdapt mattresses for about three weeks and already my husband and I can tell a difference in our sleep hygiene. My husband has a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease, which is why we made the purchase in the first place. After purchasing our new bed, now we both wake up feeling more rested and less sore from aches and pains. I just thought aches and pains were part of being in my 30s. Evidently, I was wrong. I love that this bed is able to mold perfectly to my body in order to form a layer of comfort that is reminiscent of what a cloud might feel like. Thank you Tempur-Pedic! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second TempurPedic mattress and we are very happy with the quality and feel of the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt Firm mattress. The mattress is very supportive and comfortable. Years of back pain had me searching for a better mattress and TempurPedic was the answer. We ordered directly from the TempurPedic website and was very happy with the customer support we received. All my questions were answered thoroughly via the online chat and on the phone and the sales associate was very friendly and professional. I would like to mention that this mattress is higher than a traditional mattress and will effect the choice of foundation. A 9" traditional foundation with this mattress will be quite high. We opted for a 5" traditional foundation as our bedroom set is more traditional, and the height was just right. We will continue to purchase and recommend these wonderful mattress to our family and friends.

We needed a new mattress last year as our TempurPedic that we had was near it's end. It was during the time where the bed in a box like Brooklyn Bedding were popular. Well a year later, and here I am. Had to chunk that mattress and went back to our brand. Never straying from this brand again!

In the last year starting with the entry level Temper Adapt all the way to the luxe adapt firm. I have tried 6 or 7 different models of the current Tempurpedic line. And by far the absolute best mattress for a heavy back and side sleeper is the Luxe Adapt Firm. I was really concerned being a side sleeper that it wouldn't conform and relieve pressure. Yet its still firm and supportive enough for back support. I can even sleep on my stomach if I want. It's really a one-of-a-kind unique feeling you get on the mattress and it feels really firm but yet you suddenly start melting into it it's really a strange but satisfying feeling. Tempur-Pedic foam is incredible stuff. The saying you here about there's nothing like Tempur-Pedic material is 100% true. It's magical stuff and how it works. And there is not another mattress company in the world who makes the material like they do it's one of a kind. So if your larger heavier person and you're looking for something you can sleep on your side with and your back and get the firmness and support when you're on your back and still get the soft Comfort to forming pressure relief on your side this is your mattress it's incredible

After trying mattresses at various stores for 2 weeks, I had purchased a brand new expensive spring mattress because of lower back pain with the 3 year old one I was using. Still, I would wake up every day stiff, with pain as if something hit me and would toss and turn all night. I had never had a foam mattress so was not sure but in desperation I tried the Tempurpedic in the store and felt a relief. I went ahead and bought it paying even more for the difference from the previous one. At first I found it a bit hard, although it's the soft version, but I started not tossing and turning as much. Now, after a month I have to say I wake up without pain and the lower back pain that was waking me in the middle of the night with my previous ones has not come back. I've changed some things about my routine and doing some exercise also so that may have helped too. But definitely this mattress is worth the money so far. I may have slept well in the past in a regular mattress but getting older and a light scoliosis that I have, apparently it's necessary to find something special like this Tempurpedic technology to be able to sleep well and not exacerbate the natural "new pains" that come with aging. Totally recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Tempur-Pedic, but the only reason I am not still sleeping on my first is because it is in my RV and this way I never have to suffer no matter where I am sleeping! The first one is 9 years old and it still feels like brand new!!! 9 years ago, I decided to try Tempur-Pedic because I injured my back several times over my very active life and I would wake up every morning in great pain; additionally, spring mattresses I had bought always ended up with hills and valleys. After 1 week of sleeping on my 1st Tempur-Pedic, I was waking up with NO back pain and that has remained the case over the years. My new Tempur-Pedic is amazing, even better than the 1st, which means Tempur-Pedic must be always working to improve their product. I bought the ergo extended base, which allows me many sleeping and relaxing options and I am always comfortable in my downtime. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for improving my life with your amazing products!!

I don't think I've ever written an online review but I am now completely obsessed with Tempurpedic. There's no going back to a traditional mattress. We had to finance it and it was 100% worth the investment. My husband, who tends not to be picky about things around the house, called it "one of the best decisions we've ever made" and "life changing." We have the Luxe Adapt Soft. Oh. My. Goodness. I absolutely love it. It is honestly hard to find the words to describe it but I'll try. It is soft, but supportive in every way. There is no part of my body that is not in contact with the mattress when I sleep, leaving no gaps. It is luxurious, and I feel like I am in some special club because I get to go home and sleep on this piece of heaven every night :). For the past year I've been having numbness and tingling in my right arm due (in part) to shoulder / muscle pressure on the median nerve. After just one night on this mattress, my condition began to improve. My husband, who has always had back pain, says he has been waking up pain from. We love love love this mattress.

I am so thankful I discovered this mattress. Before getting the Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt Firm Mattress, my husband and I would wake up with terrible back pain and not feeling well rested. The Luxe Adapt is a gamechanger. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. The mattress molds to my body which relieves so much pressure. I also can't feel my husband if he moves, which is amazing. I can honestly say this mattress has given me the greatest sleep of my life. Everyone should get this mattress and change their life! Bc a good night's sleep changes everything.
