Great quality and cozy

I bought this set about a month ago - WOW, the size of the box was way bigger than I could ever think of, so you will need lots of help to get it off your truck and/or unpack it on the truck to remove the items. Packaged quite well. We did have a couples beds in the tables where the legs go, so they did not fit. Called Sam's Club to talk to a manager that I would return the call from for weeks and would never get an answer from her. Got really frustrated and was just looking for a way to exchange the table. Maybe a switch, but was told to call the manufacturer and when I asked who, they said try looking at the box, which was destroyed when unpacking. I would think that Sam's club would have some info since this product is only sold through Sam's club. I finally went to the store to see if I could get anyone to help and after the manger was page 3-times, she finally came around when one of the associates came to her and said that they had a customer there to see her. Her phone message to me is that we have multiple ways to make this right, so when I saw her, I said what are they. Option 1: Go online and see who still has the set and bring in the old one and get a new one (Remember I told you how heavy and big this way) or Call the manufacturer. Again, no clue. I got so frustrated I gave up and thought I would put my comments here. Ended up having to bend the metal with pliers, which of course it scratched the table but got it put together and set. The table is heavy and will not blow away, that is for sure. I was very disappointed in the Sam's club Service level, but I will say that I am very happy with the set, despite the scratched sides of the table now. - I don't have any regret in this purchase at all. just the customer service level I got with a problem that I was pushed aside for. I do suggest that anyone that gets this product. make sure to have some muscle and a bit truck, as it would be nice if it came in multiple boxes to maneuver, but it is one big huge massive box and is not on the free shipping program with Sam's Plus - but you will love the set - Again, no disappointment.

This is the best ever! So comfy. High back gives great posture support. Love the covers. It's super pretty

Good, solid furniture. Only negative was that it was missing one cover for one of the chairs. I will call to see if the company will send one.

I absolutely love this set! Worth every penny. Tall and deep seating, large table, firm pillows. Highly recommend!

Great 5 piece for a patio that sees a lot of rain and wind! Very sturdy material and built with perfection. Cushions are comfy and feel durable. The wicker is strong and the colors are great. Lots of space and room for hosting lots of people.

At first glance it looks very inviting. However once I sat down it felt like I was sitting on concrete. I sat in the single chair first. Secondly I tried the couch, very comfortable

Great oversized outdoor seating set! Very modern looking with the light color cushions. I love the two oversized lounge chairs with accent the set. Cusions are comfortable and table is sturdy.

The set is beautiful. I wish I could by another one. The only problem is that one arm was bent and the back on the same side. Sams did provide a discount because I really loved the product. I did keep it.

Everyone definitely needs this set up!! The couch is enormous and comfy! The perfect sturdiness and color would be great for hosting friends. Definitely love it!
