The quality on this set is top notch. Looks and feels luxe with no luxe price. We also purchased the dinning set and love it! All I need now is for the Halstead like to have Chaise lounge chairs for our pool! Can y’all please make that happen before summer!!! :)

Beautiful and comfortable set! I got mine on clearance at an amazing price but the table was damaged. The table is so large I didn’t want to use it in my space anyway. I actually had to rent a UHaul to get the sofa home because it is 9 feet long and one piece. So might need to add a little extra coat for delivery! I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

We bought these a few years ago, the size is great and it fit perfectly in our Partio.…unfortunately the quality of the cushions is so poor, not stain resistant as described and difficult to maintain. I contacted Sam’s club customer service and was told they were following up with the manufacturer for a replacement. I have followed up several times with no response. I have tried other sources to find a replacement for the XL cushions but unfortunately no other stores carries these LX sizes. We are extremely disappointed with Sam’s club given the amount of money we spent on these chairs and were hoping for the best Partio experience. It’s such an expensive and unhappy purchase.

Picked up from store, got home and opened up box and arm of couch was crushed in. Once I discovered it, I called Sam's Club Member Services and asked if I could bring back just the couch to exchange it since all the pieces were massive and it would require multiple trips. They said no, they needed everything back to exchange it and couldn't do just one piece. So I load everything up in my truck and bring it back. The warehouse workers unload the table and chairs onto the ground, dragging the table ends on concrete, scratching it. Then the manager finally shows up and offers to exchange couch from a previously returned set (for a small discount) if I take all my pieces home (some of which are now damaged due to warehouse workers dragging on the ground). At this point I declined and took the refund. I feel like there was no common sense applied by Sam's Club in any of this. I was trying to do the right thing, but in the end they wasted my Saturday afternoon. If you're reading this wondering if you should buy this, please realize this set is commonly damaged (as told to me by the warehouse workers) and if anything is broken you're going to have to haul the entire thing back to the store. This box is 107" long and nearly 4' wide, and not able to be lifted by just one person.

We saw this in Sam’s in December right after the worst cold snap and snow we had. We needed an outdoor set for a very large patio and wanted a couch you could actually lie down on and have a nice nap. The couch is ridiculously long and wide enough for stretching out. I am 5’10” and can lay down on it and someone could still be sitting on the other end. We knew we had to buy because by the time spring comes, Sam’s would be out of them. The packaging is questionable. It comes in 2 boxes. Trying to get loaded up at the club was hard because they did not have the proper equipment. So we just muscled it onto the truck. One box is just the table top which weighs probably 150 pounds. The top is metal and ceramic tile. Definitely a team lift for 2 people. The other box is huge. Think bigger than a casket (and since it’s Sam’s, it would be a 2-pack - it’s really big!). It will fit in a truck, but will be hanging out the back. 5 foot truck bed = risky, 6 foot truck bed = ok, 8 foot truck bed = perfect. The big box has the couch, chairs, and cushions. It weighted over 300 pounds and is difficult to maneuver. Just slide it off truck and unpack it where it lands. I was able to do this myself just working it slowly off the truck using gravity and friction. Assembly is super easy. Just attach the 4 table legs. The hardware is attached to a piece of cardboard with the instructions. Look through all the packing materials. The furniture is super nice. We have had plastic wicker furniture before and this is well made. The wicker is very thick. The cushions are thick and the Sunbrella fabric is comfortable. We are very happy with this purchase. P.S. Nap time!

This is a nice patio set with oversized chairs. The cushions are very firm which may not be preferred. The table is very solid and feels well built. I like the lower height of the table as well. It's a great looking set if you have ample room on your patio!

We purchased this set in May of 2021. The set is heavy duty and holds up well. The furniture covers do not hold up well. They fade easily and come off when it's windy. The table was damaged during transit. We filed a claim immediately and we were expecting a replacement during the summer of 2021. After 3 months of not receiving the replacement, Members Mark directed us to the distributor. Sams Club has basically washed their hands of the claim and as of August 2022, the distributor still cannot tell us when we're receiving the replacement table.

Just purchased this yesterday and so far very disappointing to spend a significant amount of money to find that one of the table legs was not manufactured correctly. Only two bolt holes and doesn't match the other table legs. On top of that customer service is not very good. Called customer service line with limited hours (they evidently all take a lunch break at the same time so don't call between 12-1 pm EST - only available for about 6 hours per day). Plus you get to stay on hold for a long time and then they tell you to send an email and picture. Based on the email address, Coronado Casuals appears to be the company making and supporting this furniture. Sam's Club should make sure their suppliers at least follow some minimum standard before they put the Member's Mark name on items, especially high dollar items. Don't want low quality to hurt a good brand. I plan to return the whole thing if they can't fix the table leg quickly. I will provide an update to let you know how they did so you can make your own decision.

This seating set is such a statement piece. The whole set looks amazing and is the perfect set for our pool area. The sofa alone can set 4 adults comfortably! The table is super heavy and such a classic design. The cushions are a classic grey so they go with any color throw pillows. I would highly recommend this set. Keep in mind it comes in a super large box and I don’t think it would fit in a basic truck bed. We used a moving truck to pick up ours.

We picked this set up yesterday from our local Sam's. The box is HUGE, we rented a 15 foot U-Haul. It would never fit in the back of a pick-up truck. It is packaged very well, our set was in perfect shape and it looks AMAZING!. It is very well made, you would never guess it didn't come from a high end store. The tile tabletop is a gray tone, and we love that it is ottoman height so it's just right for resting your feet on the edge. The Sunbrella fabric is a light shade (cast silver is the name of the color) and the cushions do not have zippers. I plan to get covers made that i can wash. We are on the fence about getting another set, I would really love 4 more chairs for a separate conversation area. Please make the chairs available in sets of 2!
