[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Sterns and Foster, our fist one lasted 20+ years, by far the best bed on the market!! Incredibly pleased with the customer service, delivery, and product.

1. Found it too firm for me though I tried it in store. Had to add a foam top. 2. The mechanism that raises it seems to not work well sometimes - does not move at all at foot some times. No longer use foot at all and head only fairly low.

Love, love, love it! The most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had. I went with the medium firmness and I’m glad I did, the firm would be too hard and I like a firm mattress!
