Got home, noticed the box had been opened already. I did store pickup. I pull it out and it's an entirely different, USED, BLUE controller. For starters, it is not the Red Daystrike Camo I paid for. Annoying, but I was going to just ignore this detail and keep the blue one. I took a closer look, and it is unmistakably obvious this is a used controller. It's dirty. Like gross dirty. I'm talking the kind of dirty, like used headphones that have earwax stuffed in the speaker holes kind of dirty. with scuff marks all over. Very irritated after that. I paid for a NEW controller. Instead I got a gross used one of a different design and color.

I grew up with video games. I have owned most systems since the mid 90s and several before that. I have never had controllers break on me from just playing until the current gen systems. xbox or playstation they just break now. They will usually last just over the warranty.

They left it out by the road on the hood of my husband's truck I have a covered Lani out front it was wet and this is totally unexceptable. Also same with my candle I opened the door knocked it off and it broke I had no idea something was behind the door

I got this one and the white camo one and they both came with drift, it was terrible, it’s a 1 star because new brand new controllers should come with drift, i bought the red one yesterday and it came with drift, i went back to walmart and got the white one, it also came with drift.

I do appreciate the picture, it did help me identify what house the package was delivered to. If I had a call back number I could have called and let Cedrick know that he delivered to the wrong house and found the package must faster. Thank you for your delivery it’s greatly appreciated.

after owning this controller for 7 months the controller developed a toggle drift issue and when i contact microsoft about warranty i find out the only warranty these controllers for 3 months unless you spend hundreds of dollars on an elite controller then you get a year warranty. just goes to show me that they build crap controllers and sell them at high prices and do not care one bit about customers.

Damaged box. It should’ve been packaged better in a box instead of a plastic envelope. I collect these controllers, and I like to have my box without punctures in them. Now I have to travel to the store to exchange it. Defeats the purpose of getting it shipped.

The durability, the skin, and the feel for this controller is insane! It feels natural and satisfying with the grip texture and zero latency for bluetooth connection. Having the ability to use the controller on my IPad is my favorite function the controller has to offer. I will definitely buy another.

I use this controller on pc and have no issues at all, bluetooth works perfectly with it, no input lag or any type of loss of connection. Feels much more better to play games like GoW or Elden Ring on it compared to my gaming keyboard and mouse. Color is awesome, materials are okay, can't really say anything about it. I would strongly recommend to take original Xbox controller than spend money on random stuff just to save a couple bucks.
