The warranty process was pretty easy, very friendly and helpful support! I love the new mattress! Just under 10 years my old Advantage began to not support me and sag. I called and followed their directions and in less than two weeks I have my new mattress! I have been sleeping on it now for about a month and it is wonderful. I did notice the "smell" but it was not that bad, I can still smell it when I change the sheets but thats it!!! Sleeping like a baby now! I have noticed that it is quite abit cooler sleeping than my old Advantage. One negative I have about the ProAdapt is NONE of my old sheets fit it, the matt​re​ss is very thick. I had to purchase (BOGO) from Tempurpedic but I guess it was time to get new sheets anyways. They were over 5 years old :)

We love it, period! Took us about 2 nights to adapt to our new mattress, and now we can't wait to go to bed! The main thing is this: We now sleep with our heads, and feet elevated which has improved our sleep a good 99.5%! We were actually thinking that we needed new pillows before this, but now our pillows are fine and we are sleeping like babies! Just can't believe how much it helps these 80+ year old bodies to breathe easier, and without the morning after neck-pain that we were both experiencing before!

I recently had the opportunity to receive a TempurPedic Pro-Adapt (soft) bed, and the timing was PERFECT! I am a very light sleeper, but the husband is not - and he's always fidgety, snoring, talking in his sleep, and waking me up multiple times a night. Add to that insomnia, and it's rare that I get a full night of restorative sleep! My husband also has back issues, and it's not uncommon for him to move to the FLOOR in the middle of the night! Our bed arrived while I was in the middle of my first mural project - I was exhausted but sleeping very poorly. After the first two nights, my husband actually accused ME of snoring! The difference for us is that I don't feel every single movement my husband makes, and therefore wake much less often. And while I still struggle with middle-of-the-night insomnia, the sleep I do get is deeper and with more vivid dreams. I was really re-energized after a few nights with this bed, and completed my mural ahead of schedule! My husband has also not needed to move to the floor at night - this mattress is firm enough for him, but still soft enough for me! One of my favorite things about this mattress is the Smartclimate cooling cover. Hot flashes are a real struggle, especially at night! I still get warm at night, but I don't wake up drenched in sweat like before! Huge win. I would definitely recommend this bed for anyone who is a light sleeper and/or dealing with nighttime hot flashes. We love it!

I have spinal stenosis and decided to get the best matress available .The assessment at the store recomendded a Medium matress, however, I choose to get the firm one. It is not confortable . Too hard . I will exchange for a soft one. The product is good and the adjustable base gives you good options to sleep.

This is a mixed review of the Pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress. My husband is very pleased with it. I do not find it as soft as the model we tried out in the store. I wake up most mornings with pain in my back and hips that I did not have as often with my old mattress. I feel we will be purchasing a topper (another expense) of some sort in the future to make it better for me. Hopefully it will be still comfortable for him. I also do not like that I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put my slippers on in the morning. It slides me right off the bed.

After trying out almost every mattress in our local mattress store; our favorite was the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Firm. My boyfriend and I have been using it for almost 2 months now. We truly sleep like babies on it. We love the firm construction that feels like it cups your entire body, ever so slightly, without that sinking-in feeling. Even sitting up on it makes me fall asleep. The only downside is that the material, unfortunately, DOES make you sweat. Nevertheless, I would still recommend it. I'll deal with a little sweat, for the most comfortable night's sleep ever...

Fought spending the money for a bed for years. Disabled Military veteran with severe spinal problems made it something my wife insisted we go for, and I am SO glad we did. OMG, SO WORTH IT!!! I haven't slept this well for YEARS... I am lucky to have her beside me and taking such good care of me to insist on this bed, and grateful that such a quality product exists. If you are in the fence, don't delay a moment longer. It is WORTH it.

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! My husband and I were miserable with the various beds we tried. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bed. But we finally realized we weren't getting enough restful sleep and it was effecting us mentally and physically. Would definitely recommend spending the money. Your back, hips, knees, shoulders, etc. will thank you.
