For the price and the fact that I ordered the mattress in soft, the bed still feels really firm and not at all like the ones displayed in the showroom. I woke up with aches the next day. I had to get a mattress topper to try and add some give to the mattress but again, there are plenty of options out there that will give the same results without the exhorbitant price.

Our Tempur-ProAdapt -firm, king bed is the best bed ever. We purchased the Ergo Base (2) to make it a king. The vibration and ability to lift both head and feet is wonderful. The gentle vibration feels fabulous. We are getting the best night's sleep and wake rested and feeling great!

I KNOW MY SISTERS AND FRIEND WAS ABOUT TO BUY ONE FOR XMAS BECASUE THE TRIED MINE AND LIKED IT BECAUSE OF THE COOLNESS, NOW THEY AREN'T BECAUSE MINE ISN'T COOL. This mattress seemed fantastic in the store and not at all too firm. First night it was extremely firm(hard). Have been sleeping on it three weeks and it is still extremely hard. Wake up with sore back, ribs, hips and shoulders. I would not recommend. Plan to return it after the 30 days. In the meantime cannot last more than an hour on this bed before moving to another room.

I bet 90% of my aches and pains have diminished or disappeared completely since owning my Tempurpedic. I am amazed and so glad I was able to find a mattress that does what it's suppose to. I have owned numerous mattresses in my day but this will be my forever mattress now. They are pricey but if it works for you then worth every penny!

Went shopping for a new mattress for me and my wife both have back issues. Sleep outfitters was our last stop. Dawn Dotson the manager at sleep outfitters was excellent very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress and adjustable frame for us. Very pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in the door untill the moment we left.

First bought a medium mattress and I had it for a couple months. And I still felt that it was not firm enough for me. When I got out of bed I felt that there was a dip from my bottom. So I bought a firm and I just love it! I sleep the entire night through and my back feels fabulous I would certainly recommend this to anybody. I am so happy with the mattress.

The soft mattress is great. The pillows are comfortable and the bed head and foot raising is great. My back feels a lot better in the morning. Only thing I wish I had gotten a king size vs queen. Always had a king bed but decided to downsize. It's still great.
