The bed has been amazing and helped relieve the pain I was experiencing when combined with pt. I tried different mattresses at a store before I purchased this one.

The comfort is amazing. I recently went on vacation. As I suspected I miss my Tempur-pedic. The only issue I have so far is finding sheets that fit the adjustable bed.

Wemt back and forth about our mattress shopping but we desperately needed a new mattress. Waking up everyday feeling so sore and uncomfortable not anymore. The bed it's just right not to soft not to hard. We fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed. The only regret is that we stepped down to a queen should have stayed with the king.

I've been sleeping in my Pro-Adapt Medium Hybrid for about 5 weeks now, and I'm still getting used to it. It's comfortable for the most part, but sometimes I feel it's too firm. I love the fact that it's quiet and motionless, so it doesn't disturb my partner. I'm hoping that with time it'll be softer or more responsive, I don't know. It's a great quality mattress, and I'm overall satisfied.

I thought I knew what I was going to get my self into which this type of mattress but I had no idea it was going to change my sleep so drastically. The first day I slept in this mattress I did not toss and turn at all. My back does not hurt anymore and I don't feel tired when I wake up. This was a great investment.

The bed is very well made and you can tell it is quality the first time you lay down. We went with the soft option but it wasn't as soft as we were expecting. Our expectation is that it would be similar to a pillow top but form more to your body which wasn't the case. We opted for the return/refund which was a painless transaction. Customer service was great from beginning to end! Even though this didn't work out for my wife and I it doesn't take anything away from this great company and product. I can see now why so many people give 5 star reviews. Thank you for the great experience.

The mattress arrived on time and the delivery people were great! Unfortunately the mattress was too hard for my husband's liking. I contacted Tempur- Pedic after trying to "break" the mattress in for 30 days. They were very helpful selecting replacement mattress. Somewhere along the way wires got crossed and my order failed. I was able to get a customer support rep that seems to have taken care of the problem.

I challenge anyone that has ever doubted Tempur-Pedic that you bought the wrong level of firmness! This is our second one. The first was over 9 years ago and is still going strong, but we went down to a queen!!! If you haven't tried it, you must!
