I bought a King size Pro Adapt CG FR in late March 2021. I love a firm mattress. We loved our mattress for 3 years. In year 4 the mattress consistency changed dramatically. It is like the mattress became ice cold and hard like steel. I paid around $4000 for this mattress, and was swayed to buy it due to the 10 year warranty. I followed the online process, which was ridiculous. Send pictures. Fill out a very brief form. No phone numbers, no human to talk to. They turned it down because they said my photos could not show a manufacture problem. Really? You mean you cannot see the change in the mattress in a photo? I appealed their decision. They said no again, because they said it was a personal preference change and not a mattress problem. This is not true, and insulting. They offered no reasonable solution to this problem. Do not rely on the warranty. They have a big name, but zero customer service. If you are expecting the mattress to last more then a few years you are going to be very disappointed.

Three months ago I purchased a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed and a very soft non-Tempur-pedic mattress (I always liked soft mattresses, and I'm a stomach sleeper). Perhaps it was the fact that I'm no longer young, perhaps the mattress in question was too soft, I don't know, what I know is that I had a terrible time sleeping in it. My back ached terribly. After 3 weeks I went back to the store to exchange it for a Tempur-pedic. After trying the medium and the firm, I decided to try the latter. It's been 2 months since I've been sleeping in it, and I can say it was one of the best choices I've made in my life. It took a couple of weeks for me to break-in the mattress, but once this beauty and I got to understand each other, our relationship has been wonderful. I haven't felt lumbar pain ever since, and the best of all is that I CONTINUE TO SLEEP ON MY STOMACH! It's a miracle, really.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! I've been sleeping on a very hard bed for 30 years because of a bad back. The new ProAdapt Firm mattress has been great on my back, sleeping is sound and my back feels great every morning. I thought the mattress would be much harder living in the North East in winter, but it settles in nice a quick and I'm off to sleep before I know it..

We always love tempurpedic mattresses for their quality and great for our backs. We are waiting for our cal king mattress to wear out so we can replace it with another tempurpedic mattress soon.

This mattress is unbelievably comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend the hybrid! It has a very slight bounce which eliminates the sinking feeling of some Tempur-Pedic mattresses. I am a side sleeper with arthritis in my hips. I never wake with pain in my hips with this mattress. This is by far the best bed I've ever slept on. Absolutely worth every dollar I spent!

OMG! This is the best bed we've ever owned! Contours to your body & cooling & warm at the same time! We sleep through the night without Rossi g & turning; and no more hip pain, or leg cramps! Snoring gone too! Raise the head & foot a little bit & we're off tho lala land!. On the weekends; we struggle to get out of bed! Never will ever get a regular mattress again! We bought the pillows to!❤️❤️

We had a Tempurpedic mattress in the past, after ten years decided to retire it, and to save money purchased another brand. Big mistake, I slept horribly and tried two different toppers to help, so no luck and with a sore back we had enough. Returned the toppers, it was too late for the mattress. But we went back to Tempurpedic and got this model and we LOVE it! We will never go back. No more back ache and clocking in hours of sound sleeping. Thank you!

We went with the Temper-ProAdapt Soft for both of us....We love them. More comfortable than our old mattress! We ordered them directly with Tempur-Pedic, and have had a great experience. Definitely recommend !!!

I'm still working the mattress in but can already feel it coming along. It is extremely comfortable. I do not notice being hot or it retaining heat at all! I would recommend this to anyone with oresurre point problems especially a side sleeper like myself.
