I'm 6'2", 270. larger than your average human man. I have chronic lower back issues. For many years, I urged my partner to get a Tempur-pedic and he finally agreed after seeing many videos about the new cooling cover. We got it about 30 days ago and my first thought was that it was too firm. Now I feel it's just right. PERFECT for both of us, actually. I hope it lasts, that is my only concern, as it's pricey.

Bought this bed with high hopes, unfortunately after sleeping on it for 5 months I absolutely hate it. I wake up every morning and feel like I was punched all over. I had some back pain a year ago that finally went away, after sleeping on this bed at first all the pain came back and had to start physical therapy again. I hate this mattress.

We purchased the King PROADAPT 2.0 and the ERGO 3.0 Base and have not been disappointed. Both are made of quality materials and function perfectly together. We checked out other brands but are extremely pleased we settled on Tempurpedic after our son and daughter-in-law recounted their satisfaction with their purchase of the 2021 version of these two pieces.

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Tempur Pro-Adapt, Medium Hybrid. I have never owned a mattress with such support. You can really feel the difference in quality with this mattress then compared to others at a department store. The mattress itself is HEAVY to cary, but that just goes to show how much goes into this mattress to alow us to sleep comfortably. I am a side sleeper and normally I cannot sleep on my back. However, with this Tempur mattress I am able to sleep in ANY position, even on my stomach. My boyfriend has back pain often and not just one spot. Ever since I bought this mattress he has not complained about back pain since. It has been months since I purchased this mattress and I am so glad that I did. If you want to invest your money in a great product that will last you years, this is it.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a tempurpedic for 15 years and was completely happy with it still. I wanted a larger bed and tempurpedic still builds the best bed. So supportive yet forgiving. There's no other bed in my mind.

The very first night we slept on the new bed, we couldn't believe the comfort. We don't feel each other's movements at all! I wasn't sure how I would like the "Firm," but my husband and I are happy to say we love it. Wish we had bought a Tempur-Pedic years ago!

The first night I slept on this mattress, I drifted off. I have been having fewer sleep disturbances and less back pain, and I notice I don't toss and turn to get into a comfortable position to fall asleep. I am so happy I chose the Pro-adapt Hybrid mattress and could get a decent night's sleep.
