We went from a sleep number bed to this and so wish we would have done it sooner. From the first night, it was the best mattress we've ever owned. Worth every penny. Deeper more restful sleep and feel great upon waking! Take the plunge, you won't regret it.

Think back when you could sleep on your stomach?? Well that was over 30 years ago for me. I've dealing with back issues for 15 years and haven't been able to get a good sleep nor feel rested and not sore when I get up. After buying the mattress it took a few days to get used it but now I'm sleeping on my stomach after 30 years and my back pains have gone away. It was a little hard for my wife so I bought a 2" memory foam pad for it and it's amazing for her and I. You won't be disappointed for sure!!!

The soft mattress is great. The pillows are comfortable and the bed head and foot raising is great. My back feels a lot better in the morning. Only thing I wish I had gotten a king size vs queen. Always had a king bed but decided to downsize. It's still great.

I just bought my third Tempur-Pedic mattress. My 2003 mattress is still a running strong. My 2009 mattress is still running strong. I am giving that one away. The one that I bought this time is the Pro Adapt Firm, for the pressure relieving properties. I have never woke up with pains or aches. The mattresses just get better and better every night. If you are looking for a world class mattress, you found it. Pass the rest and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Those that think that they need a firm, think again. The Tempur-Pedics should be purchased according to feel. Just buy one, knowing that they are life changing mattresses. Also forget that they are a flat mattress. What matters most is how you wake up feeling. I write very reviews. I am writing this one for those that want a mattress that will out perform an of the other mattresses on the market. It's been almost a month now since my purchase and I got to say it is very very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and coming from a Beautyrest mattress (which slept warm) of 12 years this Pro Adapt Firm affords a cool comfortable sleep. The only problem I am still having is finding the right pillow to sleep on and I do not know if I'll ever find the right pillow. I have this mattress on an adjustable frame and to tell you the truth you have to get one. Reading in bed, watching TV and zero gravity positions are just so great . I had back surgery 8 years ago , the mattress supports me when I change position at night and my night pains are gone. Look, I always kept a pillow under my legs at night because by morning I was jumping in pain with spasms. now with adjusting the bed heights and raising the mattress by my legs no more spasms. In fact my whole body is very relaxed the next morning and I like that. This mattress and adjustable frame is worth every penny spent giving me peace of mind to pay off this expense over time

This mattress is way too firm, actually it's hard. It is like sleeping on the floor. I really hope to fall in love with it but I'm having my doubts. I've read that there is an "adjustment" period, but I don't know if that means the bed will soften up or that I will get use to the hardness. The sample at the store was firm but very comfortable and I could feel it contouring to my body, but my bed did zero contouring. I am very disappointed but it has only been one night. Actually the idea of having to adjust to a bed is a bit ridiculous. i don't know if I can exchange the bed for Medium firmness but I may try. Remember too that the mattresses at the store have been repeatedly sat and layed on so over time they soften up. I don't have that sort of time, plus I weight 170 and I sleep alone so will my body weight alone soften the bed up enough for me to really find comfort and joy my expensive purchase. Overall the bed is beautiful and well made. Quality is top of the line.

As a teen I had adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the result being a fusion of a eight inch rod in my back. I am now close to 68, over the years l worked 8 to 10 hours a day doing heavy lifting and standing on hard concrete floors. I also carried 2 sets of twins. As I have gotten older, I now have degenerative scoliosis in my lower back with 5 bad disc, I don't let that slow me down. I still mow my 2 acre lawn, do all the yard work including the weed wacking. Most days I am so sore I can hardly walk, as I take nothing for pain, but I sleep like a baby. Best investment I have ever made. I always wanted a Tempur Pedic, but couldn't afford one. I really wish I had bought one years ago. I love the way it conforms to my body. I sleep really well and wake up with little or no pain at all. I am more than really happy and the price was well worth it, and I would gladly payed more, just for the comfort and the best nights sleep that I have had in forty years, no kidding. I love my new mattress. I very highly recommend a Tempur Pedic to everyone.

This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress, the first being over 11 years old and feeling a bit stiff for us. We also wanted to go from a queen to a king size bed. We tried several mattresses at the store and found this one to be very comfortable. After several weeks of sleeping on it, we both wake up without the old morning stiffness and sleep more soundly through the night.

This mattress is proving to be much more comfortable than my previous one that was Extra Firm. The mattress give complete support while being much more comfortable to sleep on. I always look forward to going to bed because I know I'll be sleep comfortably every time. I've also noticed my existing bedding fits this mattress as well or better as it is slightly small length and width while being 2 inches deeper. I do need to retuck the top sheet in again every morning after I get out of bed. It is a little more challenging to make my bed as I have to push the bedding around and under the hoop at the foot. I was told I could remove the mattress outer cover and wash it but it will be at least a two or perhaps a three person job as the Mattress is heavier than my previous one and it is not ridgid so it is more difficult to handle. There are four handles attached to the bottom of the mattress outer cover, two on either side to help.

It has quality craftsmanship that shows. The top is memory foam and takes the shape of your body when you lie down on it. There is zero movement of the mattress for those who roll around during the night. The only downside could be that this is a REALLY firm mattress. Even though we prefer a firm mattress, we found that a mattress topper was needed.
