We purchased our Tempur Adapt Medium Hybird about a month ago and it still doesn't feel like it did in the store. I have been suffering from lower back pain while sleeping for about 10 years, and after trying many other mattress, including running the gambit of online companies, we figured we would bite the bullet and pay for a top of the line mattress. I was hoping that with all the hype and great reviews, we'd get what we paid for...the best nights sleep money can buy. But I'm still experiencing the same lower back pain I had on mattresses 1/3 of the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally bought a new mattress this year. Although I cringed at the price, this mattress has been amazing. My joints feel good when I wake up. Before I would wake up, My back would be killing me and every joint in my body would hurt. Buying this is the best decision we could have made. It is not hot to sleep on. I do not toss and turn all night like I use to. I barely feel my husband move. I never thought I would sleep this well. I highly recommend this bed! We have not found any negatives yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a quality mattress that will last for many years to come, this is the one for you. This mattress looks expensive. It has quality craftsmanship that shows. The top is memory foam and takes the shape of your body when you lie down on it. There is zero movement of the mattress for those who roll around during the night. The only downside could be that this is a REALLY firm mattress. Even though we prefer a firm mattress, we found that a mattress topper was needed.

We have had our ProAdapt for about 3 weeks now and are still getting used to it - it is a huge departure from a conventional mattress and box spring. We both like the support we are getting, but find it a bit difficult to roll over and we find it "warm" (although that could be the change season too). I think with a bit more time we would probably give it 5-stars.

Since owning my ProAdapt Hybrid mattress I now sleep straight the night waking in pretty much the same position I feel asleep in. No more tossing and turning throughout the night. The cooling technology that is incorporated into the mattress keeps me comfortable throughout the night, no more hot spots making toss around to find a cool spot on the bed. I love my Tempur-Pedic Mattress and suggest you check them out if your in the market for a new mattress.

The Pro Adapt Soft mattress I have sleeps hot, despite following all of the advice from customer service reps. I am petite, under 120 lbs, and over 70. I am also experiencing tingling and pressure when I lie on this mattress. I want to love my mattress and give great reviews, but I am dealing with a dead end. Comfort level is not covered in warranty according to the company. Alan I need your help.

Almost 30 days in on our new mattress. Pleasantly surprised with comfort of a firm since I am a side sleeper. Adjustable base is great for tv watching & congested nights when suffering from a cold or allergies. Hubby has not complained of back pain so far. Would definitely recommend to others.

The delivery team arrived Monday, October 21, 2019 a Wonderful morning at 9:15am.... I was so excited to finally have my new bed after many months of remodeling my house. The delivery guys were so polite and courteous, simply outstanding, second to none! A special thank you to Sleep Outfitters' Danville KY store Manager, Tish O'Rea!!!She was so helpful, patient and kind during the purchase plight for a new mattress set. There were many changes along the way and Sleep Outfitters made every one of them effortless and a wonderful experience overall. My joints don't ache as much anymore. I am so happy to go to sleep instead of dreading it. I Don't wake up in the middle of the night. The Zero Gravity setting is my absolute favorite!!! It truly feels like I'm floating!!!Words cannot put how I feel about my bed...Love Love Love My Tempur Pedic!!! Thank you Tish for caring about the customer and giving such excellent customer service-you're the best! I'm Never going back to a standard mattress AGAIN!!! This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. We love our new Split Cal King mattress! It conforms to your body vs. our old mattress that made us conform to it. We also love the Split Ergo 2.0 base which allows each of us to choose our own configuration. I recommend getting the Tempur Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows to finish off the experience. I want to add cudos for the great customer service we received so far. Quick shipping, professional and friendly installers, great call center help, what else can I say?
