From an engineer & doctor couple... this is our 2nd Tempur-pedic and it just keeps getting better with age, no kidding. Our 1st, a queen bought in 2012, is going to one of the kids, because we upgraded to a king. The only problem with this brand is you get so spoiled that traveling becomes a chore knowing no hotel, cruise, or other family member's mattress will be as comfortable; unless of course its a Tempur-pedic. Find one on-sale and pull the trigger; you won't be disappointed. Also, don't be afraid to go for the firm level.

I purchased a new mattress after 17 years on a Kingstown posturepedic. I chose the temper pedic based on its name and reputation. I have only been sleeping on it for 19 sleeps thus far. I am still unsure of my complete feelings of whether I made the right decision which is a big one in my opinion. The medium firmness and the blend of foam with the coils/springs of the hybrid gave me piece of mind as far as I believe that this mattress will hold its shape and form longer then the strictly foam versions. I read alot of reviews that may or may not support that theory. In my opinion it's the best of both worlds. The medium firmness is not too soft and not top firm. The mattress does sleep warm, something to get used to. I have neck and back issues and tend to wake up every couple hours to either shift sleeping positions or to relieve pressure points. I have had a few nights on my new mattress that I actually slept for a 4 to 5 hour block without waking up which is new for me. I also wake up feeling more energized and overall more well rested. I also purchased an adjustable base which is nice for watching tv and reading. Last night I fell asleep on my back with the head and feet elevated. This was nice until at some point I rolled to my side and found it uncomfortable. I used the remote to go back to a complete horizontal position. I was given a mattress protector as part of a promotion which is a must! I am currently using this on top of the original temper cover. The original mattress protector completely encases the mattress and would be a process to remove and wash. I also switched to a lighter weight sheet set 2 nights ago hoping to eliminate the bed sleeping as warm. I do like the low profile of this mattress, it makes it much easier to get in and out of bed, as before with a box spring, mattress, and foam mattress topper I had a hard time getting in and out of bed. I am still deciding the pros and cons of this bed. I would say at this point the pros outweigh the cons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sleeping on cloud 9 now. We went from a regular pillowtop that after 5 years have up. This mattress seems a bit hard at 1st however did get softer in the next few months. We are both heavy people and we have jumped on the bed a few times, never has an issue. I ordered this online, took less than 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery was so easy and professional. Worth the $$ especially if you add uo all the years of different mattress purchases in your lifetime. We enjoying it!

We had owned a Tempur Pedic for about 15 years before buying this one. Our primary reason for doing the upgrade was to get the split king. My wife suffered tremendously from COVID. The ICU medical team said she would not survive when they removed the ventilator. But the LORD had a different plan and she is with us today. But she can no longer sleep in a flat position. So we needed a bed that would allow her to elevate her chest and head. We tried a less expensive mattress but sent it back after about three months. We bought the Tempur Pedic and now every night is great again.

Even though it was little expensive but the fact that we spend around 30-50% of our overall time in bed, it's worth it. It's very comfortable and relaxing to sleep on these and I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely thought that waking up stiff and achy was age-related (I'm only in my 30's), and that tossing and turning all night was a personal problem. I've bought 4 mattresses in my adult life and nothing has ever made a dent in my terrible sleep, and for the first time in my life, after using this mattress- I wake up refreshed!! It sleeps cool, so I don't find myself sprawling all around, trying to find the cold spots anymore, and my joints don't ache at all! I'm replacing all of my mattresses in my other rooms with this immediately. I didn't even know a mattress could make this big of a difference.

And I have had many over my 65 years and unfortunately I have to wait 30 days to return this horrible mattress. It's supposed to be soft but it feels very firm and I haven't had a decent nights sleep since I got it. I wake up in pain several times every night and I requested for them to come check it and they said that I should purchase a topper (Are you kidding) and they would not do anything about it because they don't guarantee comfort. This mattress feels nothing like the same exact one I tried in the store. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. So If anyone purchases this horrible mattress don't say you weren't warned. If you want a mattress look at anything but a Tempur-Pedic !! 3 more days and they get it back :)

I love the new mattress but I wish I had purchased a Medium rather than a Firm. The Firm is excellent quality and there is nothing wrong with the mattress but it is a bit too firm for my needs which I didn't realize at the time of purchase. I may invest in a cushion (foam) topping to add a bit of softening but overall, I like the mattress and the quality is outstanding.

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

Took a lot of time deciding on a new mattress as they are not cheap... Spend the money! Tempurpedic is a life saver for me and I will never be able to go back to a regular mattress ever. I adjusted to the difference the first week. I used to wake up through out the night with back pain and arm pain as I am a stomach sleeper and never could get comfortable on my old mattress which was a very good quality mattress as well but never could get through the night on it without waking up in pain of some sort... Thinking I am just getting old! Tempurpedic has changed my life.. Seriously. I wake up ready to go and no more aches and pains... Worth every penny!
